Hardcore Fitness Maniacs for 4/2 to 4/8

I'm setting this up for the entire week, I hope that's ok with everyone. It takes too much time to set up a thread each day when I'm always running late for work. I sure hope you girls don't mind. We'll just post on this thread for the entire week.

If you prefer not to do it this way, let me know.

Today was total body, I did last Monday's workout but in superset fastion.

3 sets/5 reps with 1 minute rest between each superset.

SS #1
Flat Barbell Bench Press - 90# (up 5#)
ss w/
Barbell Rows - 75# (Up 5#)

SS #2
Squats - 90# (up 5#)
ss w
Elevated Stiff Legged Deads - 75# (stayed the same)

SS #3
Barbell Curls - 55# (up 5#)
ss w/
Close Grip Bench Press - 75# (up 5#)

Then I got on my treadmil and fast walked .5 miles on a 3% incline. Foam rolled after that.
 
I did a quick workout and am running errands then headed out of town again. Today was Body Max 2 w/u, combo 1, power circuits, abs and stretch. 60 min, 532 calories Max hr 172.
 
No workout today. I did wake up at my usual 4:30 time with a horrible headache. I sat on the couch and watched GH and thought it might subside but it didn't. I dragged my butt back to bed and slept for another hour. Now my head is in a fog. I probably should have worked out, I might feel better right now if I did. :(

I hate days like these....
 
This morning I did Bob Harper Kettlebell Cardio Shred, 54 min, 384 calories. I then did Rapid Fire Results All Metabolic weights mix which includes abs, 35 min, 221 calories. Total calories was 604.
I need to head out to pick up some things from the grocery store and needs for this house. I have had a hard time with my eats because we keep eating out. Yesterday I didn't hardly eat, then went to Perkins. I couldn't find anything really healthy on the menu. I ordered what I thought might be (salmon,shrimp, spinach with a tomato sauce that I think was french dressing or something after tasting it) It was terrbly high in calories and fat even though I left the bread and butter. They piled it on mashed potatoes. So far today I had a lunch of spinach pasta slim with laughing cow chipotle wedge, spinach, garlic and mushrooms. I am going to try to get groceries and make dinner today.

Debbie, sorry about the headache. I know how you feel. Generally if I can push myself to do something it gets better.

Diane Sue, eat have been a little hard for me lately too, I know I need to eat more too, find the time to have my mini meals
 
Today was total body and had a great workout. Same workout as last Wednesday but in superset format. Still have a headache but not as bad. It's TTOM - almost. I always suffer about three days before.

3 sets/8 reps with 1:30 rest between each superset.

Then I got on my treadmill for about 12 minutes and just did a fast walk on 3% incline. Foam rolled after that.
 
This morning I wanted to get in some weights. I only have dumbbells and kettlebells to 20# here with me. No step. I did Jari Love's Ripped and Chiseled lower body and w/u, 20 min. I then did Cathe's new Low Impact Series Total Body Trisets Upper Split 56 min. Total time was 76 min. Not sure on calories because I did not use a HR monitor.

Roselyn, I have had quite a few days where I was short on my eating lately. I go most of the day and forget to eat.

Debbie, nice workout. I hope the headache is gone.

Teddy, nice workout. You only lose 11 min when you skip the floor work. I have used the floorwork as an add on to other workouts.

Today was cardio and I chose Cardio Coach #3. Had a great workout. Still fighting that headache but it's not as bad as it was.

Today, started with a 20 minutes jog and then did d-5 Back & Triceps. I only got maaaaybe 3 hours of sleep, I was so drained when I got up this morning, guessing from trying to fall asleep.:mad:

Good news, tomorrow our office is closed YIPPEE and Monday I may take vacation day. I swear I need the rest. I don’t want to see any grandbabies this weekend; I mean that in a good way; 3 weekend in a roll is enough my house need cleaning, ttyl

This morning I did Les Mills Pump Combat and Hardcore Abs. 59 min.. I am so sore everywhere. I am starting to moan when I walk up the stairs or bend over. I feel really old!! Probably moving and workouts. I should do a good stretch or yoga dvd!! I moved television cabinets today for the big tv, and hauled some boxes around before I even started. Headed out to a laundromat(haven't been to one in forever), washer and dryer are at our other house. Company tomorrow to go to dinner:eek: Easter with family here at the new home and then Sunday I will be back at the other house for a few days. I will gather more workout equipment when I come back.
Eating is not wonderful but I am pretty sure that I am in a calorie deficit. I am generally not that hungry but this morning I was wondering if I should eat an apple or something before I got started.

Teddy, I think that Jari added to some of my leg doms. My quads and hamstrings are sore this morning. I was weighing out what hurt a lot when trying to figure out what I wanted to do this morning that was here.

Debbie, I am sorry to hear that you are dealing with one of those long headaches. I really do feel like mine that do that are often attributed to certain moves when I workout. I find ice packs on my neck and head help. It can be pretty miserable.
 
Hey Guys,

Today, I did Cardio Kicks and d-14 legs:) My computer need to go to shop it's really slow and it keeps getting stuck. Probably from grandkids download games and playing other people who knows...There's a computer shop on Mayfield, if I have time today will take. Anywho, have a great day all.;)
 
I am at the laundromat again. Will be glad when I have my washer and dryer here. Family is coming for Easter celebration today. I did Slide and Glide Express 32 min. No time for anything else and I am sore anyway.
 
Teddy, that is whyI have the grandchildren use my old computer. They do worry me when they play with my iPad.
