Today was total body and I did the same workout as last Friday only in superset fashion:

2 sets/12 reps. 1 minute 30 second rest between each superset.

Happy Friday YAY!:D:D:D:D:D

Today, I did 4 day split chest shoulders and triceps. I had another sleepless night; only got about 3 hours, not even a straight 3 hours:mad: leaving me to exhausted to do cardio:eek: I really hope I can get through today.
 
This morning I got up a little later. I actually slept and pushed snooze. This is a rare occurance for me. I got in Les Mills Pump Extreme 58 min, 323 calories. I upped the weights today on most segments. I was a little worried about the squat with the clean and press on the legs and back but hit it with 45# today. Then I felt I needed some cardio so did two rounds of Tracey Staehle's Bootcamp Metabolic Conditioning workout# 1 which does not require equipment. This was 11 minutes, 102 calories max hr 161. Total time was 69 min and calories burned 425.

Teddy, good job getting the workout in with lack of sleep. I hope that you get through the day too. That can be so miserable. Hopefully you have the weekend off and can get some sleep.
