Hardcore Fitness Maniacs for 3/6

I should have started my workout a bit earlier. I've been running around ever since I got done to get to work.

I did a mix that I made from Cardio Coach workouts and I had a great workout. My legs are sore today from yesterdays workout but I did good nonetheless.

Today, I did Cardio Kicks, omg.... I freaking had a blasts:rolleyes: this workout has always been my favorite. On top of that my new Nike's are good, NO pressure.....No pain from broken foot:rolleyes: No foot going side to side :cool: Now, I am truly ready for Circuit Max, last time I did that workout in my broken down shoes felted it BIG TIME for a few days, I really thought I had re-injured it again.:eek:

Debbie: Do you think Sean will make more Cardio Coach workouts? I wish, I really like his workouts and his SEXY voice. Nice work. I'm glad, pain is gone.

This morning I had to take the truck in for service. Had to get my cardio in first though:D I did Urban Rebounding Extreme Patrick Goudeau Metabolic Strengh Cardio 44 min, 432 calories, HR avg 145 max 169. I then did Patrick Goudeau's other URX dvd Core Metabolic Cardio skipping the warm up and doing the first 20 min, 204 calories, HR avg 148- Max 167. Total time was 64 min and calories .

Teddy, I am glad to hear the the new Nikes are working for you. That is why I recently bought my new ones. My older Rykas just seemed to not have any support when moving laterally or for jumping. Sounds like you had a great time with your workout:D

Roselyn, good job on your cardio and Butts and Guts Abs.

Debbie, it sounds like you are doing good with your workouts again. I am happy for you.
