Hardcore Fitness Maniacs for 3/21

Today was total body - same workout as last Wednesday but in superset fashion. Had a good workout.

3 sets/8 reps with 1 minute rest between each superset.

Leg Press Station - 180# (up 5#)
ss w/
Stiff Legged Deadlifts - 80# (up 5# but this almost felt too heavy)

SS #2
Barbell Military Press - 47# (up 2#)
ss w/
Barbell Curls - 47# (up 2#)

SS #3
Barbell Rows - 60# (up 5#)
ss w/
Flat Barbell Press - 80# (up 5#)

No abs today, will do them on Friday.
 
Morning :D

I slept in this morning; much need rest;) This evening I’m going to the park for a run, my goal is to do 5 miles. I am pretty sure this may be the last outdoor run for the week, since the weather is going to get cooler, who knows, it is changing every hour :cool:

Diane: I finally got Les Mill yesterday:rolleyes: I watched step and kickboxing and I like them, especially the KB, awesome. Glad you are reunited with family:)

I got my workout in but no time till now to post. This morning I did URX-MT Kelly Roberts Poly Performance Metabolic Plyometric Circuits 51 min, 335 calories. I then did Cathe's High Reps Lower body premix stopping at the stretch (this includes abs) 31 min 171 calories, I followed with High Reps back, biceps, triceps, first round of push ups for chest(my shoulders were aching so I quit there, and stretch 25 min, 117 calories. I finished with Shiva Rea More Daily Energy Evolution Heart Flow 21 min, 72 calories. I like how she progresses through the poses but, sometimes I watch and think that is never going to happen. It felt good and stretched out my shoulders and legs nicely. Total time spent was 2 hr 8 min and calories burned 695.
Eating is terrible with family gatherings and eating out. I still have dinner out with friends(hope it is a place with healthy choices) Family for birthday dinner with German chocolate cake. This is a belated birthday for DH since he was gone on his birthday. Some family is on Spring break vacation.

Teddy, I think that you will have fun with Les Mills:D I really have used it a lot. Tomorrow will be a week since I did Sport Attack. Maybe I need to do that one. Hmmm!!! I have been working my way through Cathe's Hiit lately. I still need to do the Pyramid. Depending on energy I might do both. That is not a lot of time really. I really enjoy weight work a lot but I have hit pretty much everything twice this week so I will see. I am on the fence on doing Chalean Extreme Lean phase next workout or not. Lots of shoulders in this phase. I did get where I could do that with no pain but the endurance stuff has pulled out some real pain. It is pain and not just soreness. Pretty much traps and neck. I hate that:(:(

Debbie, nice work. How are you doing with all of the problems you had. Are they improved?
