Today was cardio and I chose Press Play. Only did the first 3 challenges but went balls to the wall with it. Felt GREAT!

I overslept this morning. I woke to my daughter ringing the doorbell to drop of the children. So, I dropped my granddaughters off at school then did my cardio while my grandson sat and watched eating his breakfast. I did Cathe's Intensity omitting the bonus bootcamp. I still have the neck stiffness and headache. Workout was 58 min and calories burned was 555. HR was 143 avg and max 165. I foam rolled a little afterward.

Teddy, I hope you get your leg workout in later. I think my workout later will be packing:)
