I gotta order the CC. I just keep putting it off. Well, now i gotta put things off to pay the wonderful IRS, and i gotta buy Tanning Bulbs..Tis the season to fry your butts....The phone will make me crazy....My accountant was like you are going to kill me.. I said how much do i owe? I know i owe...That is why i did them early.
DH had a heart attack. I told him.I did not ask you for money?
I will handle it. Line of credit then pay it off in the next 2 months.

Oh well,Life goes on. Right...



Well, last nights workout was a 45 min performance program. I had to skip the sprints for now. I did the 4 mph 10 elevations, but the sprints hurt.So i adjusted/ I still did dood 425 cal and 2.5 miles. Usually hits closer to 3 miles I did 4mph on the cool down , then reatarted the treadmill to cool down. The calves are a bit sore today.
Plans are b&g standing and a 30 min program on the treadmill if all goes well.
Feels good to workout again..

ANne- I love your typing! Don't get better. Great WO's. You are coming along nicely. Have you found any bras yet? Can't wait to get that in the mail.

I have realized that even when life starts to stuck, I really need to keep checcking in with you guys. It makes me feel alot better to talk with you guys. Keeps me in check. I hope you all know how good you are.:+

OK, enough sappyness.

I did not WO yesterday, but I did spend an hour in the barn shoveling crap, among other things. Just cleaning the barn up before we are pounded with the snow. I should be able to get a good WO in today. I went grocery shopping and stocked up on the good stuff.

MORNING MANIACS!

This morning was leg day. For some reason I was looking forward to it. Workout was 3 sets/8-10 reps, 2 minutes rest:

Barbell Squats: 65# - 2 sets/15 reps (warmup)
Barbell Squats: 85# - 1 set/10 reps; 95# 2 sets/10 reps
Step Ups: 25's - 3 sets/10 reps each leg
Barbell Static Lunges: 75# 3 sets/10 reps
Standing Calf Raise: 70# 3 sets/15 reps
Seated Calf Raise: 65# 3 sets/20 reps

Was jammin' to Breaking Benjamin. Excellent group!

Then I did the ab work from Muscle Max. I am suppose to do abs tomorrow with shoulders but want to get at least 1/2 cardio in with my shoulder workout.

Wish I wore my HRM, I was really sweating and my hr was up quite a bit with this workout. It was about an hour long.

Good Morning
We have a wintery blast goin on here yuck!

I am really sore from ME yesterday. Used the same amount of weights that Cathe used. Thought I could go heavier but I was wrong!
I am going to do cardio today can't decide which one maybe Imax 3 or cardio fusion.

Morning Ladies-

This morning I did Cardio Coach 1 on the treadmill followed by CIA Cardio Camp with Kimberly Spreen. Cardio was 1.5 hours long and I burned 619 calories. I then added on about 10 minutes of Gilad's Core & More ab work. I also did Adrienne Reed's Ultimate Flexibility 70" routine. My hamstrings and lower glutes get sore from running on the treadmill. I'm getting spoiled from doing this yoga every day. I coul only imagine how stiff I'm going to be when I go back to work and get stressed out from learning a new job and not doing yoga every day.

The Cableguy is here installing boxes for digital cable. I guess if you don't have digital and you want to keep your HBO at this time, everyone needs to switch over to cable TV. I hope I'll be able to get Fit TV now.

The guy I interviewed with yesterday just called and asked for some referenes to call. I hope I get the job only if it's God's Will. I'm a bit nervous about getting back into the hospital, but this would actually e working for Comprehensve Psychiatry Specialists.....at the hospital's location.

I'll be around today. Must go do my neck stretches.

ETA: Charlotte - did your Inquisition come and if so, what did you get? I'm wearing Longing today and it smells really good.

Good Morning Maniacs!!!

Getting a late start here. My lats are sore and my attitude is sore too. lol Cleaning floors because some of us can't take our shoes off!!!! Taking dd to Wal Mart..no one was on the road..scared. lol Not bad yet. Gonna get a ice storm with a inch of ice by tomorrow. I bought a mop and got lots of candles just in case power goes out. Today is plyo's.

Yes, I just got it! I got True Love. I wanted Passion though. :-( Glad I didn't get Infatuation, don't think I would have liked that one. I think I do like the True Love, but I just put it on. The shirt is perfect. I got a small. I like it tight. I got a toy airplane with mine too and a pencil. :+ :p :7

Hey all you eBay addicts - here's a link for that snipe software I was telling you about. It's $45 a year. But it might be worth it so that you don't have to sit in front of your computer waiting for those bids to close and especially if it helps you to win lots of bids. :) It has certainly paid for itself in our household! The link looks funny. DH gave it to me. If it doesn't work I suppose you could just use the first part of it.

Ann, Yuesday is my day for GS Chest, Triceps and Abs. I'll also plan on MIC HI/LOW only. I have to wait a couple of hours until I digest my breakfast. I also need a 34 D workout bra in the worst way.

Tomorrow my DH and I will be going to town and look at the Marcy Smith Machine. We most likely will buy it. YEAH! I can hardly wait!

Maeghan, I love sappyness, Morning , noon and night. I live sappyness. Since I can't have sugar (cookies, brownies), then I want sappyness. Barn work is hard, I bet you put in a rather good workout yesterday. Have a great one today.

Lora, WOW! That's really great work there. Enjoy, relax and know you are going to have a terrific job. When they call you again and ask for references then you know that they are looking your way. Don't be nervous working in the hospital. That is a helping people job, honorable.

I was a bad girl yesterday, I've been eating clean so far most all of January and so far all this month. I had a small piece of pizza, 2 small cookies and since the neighbors gave us a hard time, I had a very small martini. And since January, only lost 1 1/2 pounds. I worked so hard. All night, in the wee hours my body started cramping, and was on the stupid toilet many many times! YUK! I paid for that one. Will I ever learn? I'm so disappointed in myself.

Dallys - My BFL eating isn't going too badly. Although last night it was verrrry cold and DH turns the oven on preheat and I gave him that look like WHAT ARE YOU DOING and he said, "It's cold out so I'm making cookies." When I say making, I mean breaking them apart, putting them on the cookie sheet and putting them in the oven. So yes, I did have a few. I mean, it's not like I could have had any BREAD!!! :p

I hear the peeps in SLC are getting a little crazy. Be careful. Don't go into the city. That's so sad.

Randi - Don't you love Bootcamp? I almost did it yesterday.

Char - I ditched you on P90X! I just couldn't do these last 2 weeks. Don't ask me why. I don't know. I just started to get a real dread factor. I needed a change. After I hurt my back last week I was ready for a change. I wanted more cardio (not that I couldn't have added in more). I just didn't have it in me to do two more weeks. So you're on your own now. Amber's gone and it's just you. So BRING IT GIRL!!!

I finished my workout and am taking a break for lunch from some housecleaning. I started with Low Impact Circuit w/up and 1ll for blasts add on, then Low Max Blasts, I then did 3 sets each 20 reps hanging knee raise with 10# med ball, Bowflex resisted crunch 100#, Bowflex high cable wood chops 50#, Core work from gliding pros Step & Strength combos, and Body Bax 2 abs with shoe weights and additional resistance and the stretch, Yoga X starting at the Crane to finish. I need to go do more cleaning before I pick up my grandchildren. I am giving them their valentines goodies today as tomorrow I won't be picking them up.

Janie, we all have those cheat days. I am sure it will make little difference. I do hate when I decide to cheat and feel it physically afterward:(

Randi, I bet you did enjoy the workout. I find myself doing weights several days in a row when I get new workouts just because I am anxious to try them all out.

Done with plyo's. Making sure I squat very low all the time during squat jumps and leap frog, etc. I want more butt definition, what can I say? BTW, I had my windows open too with sleet coming down. lol. Plyo's get you really hot.

Suz- Yeah, It's scary up in SLC. Some crazy kid walking through the Mall shooting people! It's still not real to me. So, you are done with P90X? Amber too? Hey, you do what you have to do. I've changed my rotations on a weekly basis lately. I may even change again as the Slim Series reps are to much for my SORE ELBOW, even with lifting only 5lbers.! I've got to come up with something that totally focus's on getting in shape for Bike riding. That's my only interest right now. You got any ideas? I know you're thinking of it too.:)

Janie- I do that sometimes myself too. I eat all the things I'm not used to and then wash it down with something I'm not used too and pay for it the next day. I don't know why we do it, but seems we all do once in awhile.

Diane Sue- The kids are going to love you today with the goodies!

Anne-You type with personality girl! That's what it's all about.:)
Sucks about the taxes. I don't know what I owe yet, but last year was a shocker! I had to borrow. :(

Meg- Cleaning the barn does count as a workout! That's hard work! Have you been watching AMC? They've killed off Babe. They are like getting rid of alot of people. I liked Babe. It will really suck if they kill off Kendall.

Debbie- I've never heard of Breaking Benjamin. I'll have to investigate. :)

lora- I hope you get Fit TV. I wish I had it.

Char- You gonna stick with P90X all by your lonesome? 2 weeks isn't to long. Hope your ice storm isn't to bad.

I just did my own WO. I wanted to watch my soaps, so I freestyled it.

I did a full body WO. I used high reps, moderate weight.
LB- squat/lunge combo
one legged squats
leg presses
static lunges
squats
inner thigh lifts with ankle weights
ball squeezes
plie squats
hamstring presses
leg extensions
hamstring roll ins
glute squeezes
fire walkers

UB- chest flies (both DB positions)
chest presses
shoulder press
shoulder press with twist
rear delt flies
side lateral raises
bent over rows
pullovers
tricep kickbacks
dips on the ball
tricep extensions
bicep curls
hammer curls
concentratin curls

Then I did abs and stretch from B&G

I feel good about this WO. I hope to do cardio later, but that's alright if I don't. I bought that Whey protien powder vanilla from Walmart and am enjoying a nice smoothy now.

Suz- I just saw a preview that either Babe or Dixie is still alive!!! Not sure which, but I hope Babe. I always liked Dixie, but she just seemed to sad this time around. I liked her back in the day. It made me cry today when Kendell said bye to Spike.
