I gotta order the CC. I just keep putting it off. Well, now i gotta put things off to pay the wonderful IRS, and i gotta buy Tanning Bulbs..Tis the season to fry your butts....The phone will make me crazy....My accountant was like you are going to kill me.. I said how much do i owe? I know i owe...That is why i did them early.
DH had a heart attack. I told him.I did not ask you for money?
I will handle it. Line of credit then pay it off in the next 2 months.
Oh well,Life goes on. Right...
Well, last nights workout was a 45 min performance program. I had to skip the sprints for now. I did the 4 mph 10 elevations, but the sprints hurt.So i adjusted/ I still did dood 425 cal and 2.5 miles. Usually hits closer to 3 miles I did 4mph on the cool down , then reatarted the treadmill to cool down. The calves are a bit sore today.
Plans are b&g standing and a 30 min program on the treadmill if all goes well.
Feels good to workout again..
