This morning was my cardio day so I did Cardio Coach #6 with Candace. Great workout, thought I was going to die. The last challenge is 3 - 2 minute hill climbs and then 1 minute all out sprint. By the third time I did this challenge I was wheezing bad. I somehow lost my breathing rhythm and could not catch my breath. Weird. I finished the challenge but was REALLY glad when it was over.
Workout was 59 minutes, was in my zone for 44 minutes and burned 310 calories. All that work and I thought I at least burned around 350. Oh well. Travelled 3.26 miles.
