Hardcore Fitness Maniacs Feb. 12 - Monday

No one is on here yet? Weird! Where are you all?

This morning was my cardio day so I did Cardio Coach #6 with Candace. Great workout, thought I was going to die. The last challenge is 3 - 2 minute hill climbs and then 1 minute all out sprint. By the third time I did this challenge I was wheezing bad. I somehow lost my breathing rhythm and could not catch my breath. Weird. I finished the challenge but was REALLY glad when it was over.

Workout was 59 minutes, was in my zone for 44 minutes and burned 310 calories. All that work and I thought I at least burned around 350. Oh well. Travelled 3.26 miles.

Hey everybody. DId you miss me? I have been dealing with stuff and wasn't up to checking in, but I missed you guys, so here I am.

Deb- is Candace's version the same as Sean's?

I have abandoned my rotation for now. I did do Imax 2 yesterday and BM2 abs, but I couldn't finish the abs cuz I got a fire call. Then Friday I did 45 min TM run and freestyle UB.

Haven't decided what I am going to do today. BBL.

Hello to everyone else. BBL got to take car down to get tire fixed or a new one. Big snow storm is coming here starting tonight. I can't wait to go to the grocery store this morning and here people talk about the dooming disaster coming. LMAO!

I'm here.......just rushing around trying to get ready for my interview.

I did TLT BetterBurn Better Buns followed by Hip Hop Abs Fat Burning Cardio Level 1. Workout time was 1 hour 35 minutes and I burned 442 calories. I was dragging a bit this morning. I don't know if I'm in need of a rest day or if I haven't been getting enough sleep (maybe both?). I didn't actually get in bed unitl 11:30 pm,and got up at 3:00 am, however, I was dozing off on the floor (lying on my balls).

Have great workouts or rest days. Must go get ready for my interview.

Toasty - Tedwin posted that C&S's are down and all of the Inquisitions went out on Saturday! Yay!

ETA: I also did Yoga on Demand 30 minute practice - need to do more yoga, as that wasn't enough. I'm really getting used to being home.....it's going to be hard going back to work and getting ready on time.

Sometimes I have to be careful when I reach that point of wheezing, etc. My chest will start to hurt...like I am gonna have a heart attack or something. I am not use to getting my heart rate up too high. You probably feel good now. Great job.

Meaghan - Its kind of like Sean's but in reverse order. She starts with 5 - 1 minute sprints, 1 minute rest. Then after a break she does 5 - 30 second sprints, 40 second rest and then the 3rd and 4th challenges are hill climbs.

Char - I'm feeling ok right now, tired for some reason.

Just got a call from the accountant. Not good news. I owe big time..Bummerrrrrrr.No shopping for me this month...

I plan on Performance program 1 on the treadmill. I may have to modify the runs a little. Don't know if i can handle it or 7mph yet.
I like it better when it counts down . Goes faster.

No doms from MMax, but i didn't go nearly as heavy as i usually do.I am weaning back.

Yeah, we get snow, but usually not like you do where you live. There are alot of people that overreact and can't handle 1 inch. You can tell by the way they drive and go into the store and no milk or bread. People shouldn't need to eat that much bread anyhow, ya know? Grab all the meat in the meat dept instead. That is what I would do if I knew 40 inches were coming, etc. I would just clear the whole meat area out. So still don't know how much we are getting. Enough to close schools down for the rest of the week, even if 3 inches. lol.

Good luck finding bras that fit. Have fun.

Debbie, Your good! I have a cardio as well today. I did (for me) a knock out 45 min. workout on the treadmill. First on 3.8 then 5.0 then back and forth like that with an incline of 3.5. At the end I could wring out a drop or two of sweat from my headband!:7 Yuck, I know.x(

Maeghan, way to go for yesterdays workout. I'm glad to meet a fire person. What an honerable job!

Char, Be careful driving to the store. Stay warm.

Lora, Good luck with your interview, I wish you the best. Be careful overdoing and under sleeping. Take care of yourself. But then again only you could know this. Want the best for ya.

Toasty - My Inquisitions came. Did yours? I got True Love & Heartache. I'm thinking I want to submit a couple more, but I don't want the tee's, so maybe I'll order and then sell them. Wonder what size I should get?

Meg - I need your address. I need to mail you something. Please PM me. Maybe we should just keep it as a surprise and you can let me know what you think when it arrives. I think you will really like it.

They're supposed to make a decision about the job by the end of the week. I might have to go back for a 2nd interview.
 
Finished my workout and ab ripper too. Got a picture of one arm push up that I did..best I can do for now, but I have moved down a few more centimeters. lol.

Anne- Slim Series is the Advanced version of Slim in 6. Both Beachbody stuff. High rep/low weights no rest kinda stuff.

Janie- Your bread recipe over in that bread (if you can call it that) thread looks good. :9 Suz is such the goofball! Oy!

Thanks ya'll. I wish I could go down further, but everyone knows how hard these are. Still trying.

So it is very cloudy here right now and the snow is a coming. I forgot I bought a gallon of milk yesterday so I have 3 gallons in frig. lol. It won't get wasted.

I cannot wait until I have uninterrupted workouts again. I leave my room just to get water and FIL starts asking me stuff. Irritates me. I tell him I am not done yet..tell me later...why does it have to be NOW? Why do alot of people think working out is not to be taking seriously? When the football game is on..no one is interrupting. Just bugs me REALLY BAD! If I could memorize every move and it wasn't freezing so bad, I would go in the woods and drag all the weights with me and use a tree to do chinups, etc. Good thing though, when I do yoga on Thursday I will not be interrupted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Enjoy your walk. How many friggin degrees is it there today??? lol If I take a walk, I will fall..still got ice on the road in spots.

Did anyone see the new bread recipes in Oxygen? I am gonna try the banana bread.
