Where is everyone?!
Wow are my legs sore today! Especially my glutes and calves! Those roll-ins with the hip tucks in Butts & Guts are a killer, I knew I'd feel those today.
Today was shoulders, abs and cardio. 2 minute rest between each sets, high reps again:
Shoulders:
Barbell Press: 40# - 3 sets/15 reps
Wide Grip Upright Rows: 40# - 3 sets/15 reps
Lateral Raise: 12's - 2 sets/20 reps
Bent Over Lateral Raise: 12's - 2 sets/20 reps
Abs:
From Kick, Punch & Crunch. Used 15# for Woodchops. Those burned!
Then I did Cardio Coach #1, great quick workout. It was 39 minutes (with stretch from KP&C), was in my zone for 28 minutes and burned 200 calories. I travelled 2 miles.
