I remembered to set my clock right this time! Oy!

I did Butts & Guts Overall Legs premix. What a fun workout, I really liked it. Love the floor work, I was able to get through the Hamstring/Glute/Outer Thigh routine without stopping this time. That part usually gets me good. I didn't do it twice, though. I was done by the time it was over the first time!

Good Morning, today's workout will be M&F rotation back and biceps, and a treadmill run. Last night I ordered Tracey's Sweatfest Cardio. Maybe it will be here by the end of the week so I can do it. It has already shipped.

Anne, the puppy is still being careful with one leg but wants to play and is pretty much herself. She rings the bell on the door to go out a 100 times a day LOL Enjoy CC #6 Sean. I never bought the push play one. One o f these days I will get it.

Good Morning Maniacs!!!

Think I have allergies. My eyes were burning last night and watery. Can't stop sneezing. Pollen count is high here for trees. Never had this before though. Weird. Actually feeling somewhat better. Today I am going to work triceps and biceps so I have to find strength somewhere. Gonna load up on extra food and drink tons of water.

Met some new neighbors last night. Came over with strawberry pie. Oy! DD asked if I would eat some. She knows the answer to that. lol. Maybe a sliver before I workout. he he. Ya'll want some too?

Still waiting for fence to get completed and shades that are being made. I hope it gets done soon. My dogs are going wild running the neighborhood and trying to eat cat poop. Driving me nuts.

Morning Maniacs! Was ready to get a workout in this morning, but now I remember why morning workouts are so unpleasant for me. I've had 4... I said 4, interuptions, and haven't even finished a warmup. Now I have a customer who desperately needs to come early. It's like 7:30ish here. I gave up. Just lost all the drive for a workout. This week has been an offical "crappy workout" week so far. And I'm not even moving or anything cool like that. LOL!

Anne- CC Push Play is a workout that Coach Sean made for a Charity (for an Althete that's now in a wheel chair). It's the longest one he's done. People bought it and planned to do the workout at the same time all over the country. Kind of cool. I hate to say I haven't done it yet, but Debbie has and she always says she loves it.

Diane Sue- How are you liking the M&F rotation? Enjoy your workout.

Debbie-Good job on settin' the clock right today! I think that's the premix that I accidently did twice through awhile back. I was delirious by the end.

Dallys - Sorry your workout got interrupted. I hate that. You did the B&G Overall Legs twice? I remember when you posted that. Yikes, that one killed me one time through, I couldn't imagine doing it twice!
 
Finished my workout. I started with CC#6 Candace (the disc had a finger print and started jumping all over near the end of the challenge so had to find my place), then I did M&F rotation back and biceps, finished with Yoga Shatki shoulder openers, lunge, and supine poses. I also pulled out one of the grandchildren's wobble boards with the maze in it and balanced elbows on it in a plank and put a weight platte on my back. I worked for awhile to get that ball through the maze:7 I hurt my finger trying to lean over and put a 20# dumbbell on the rack behind me. Dropped it and now my finger is swollen and bruised:( I have been icing it. It hurts to bend it.

Back- barbell row 65# 15 reps 3 sets
Bowflex wide grip pulldown 160# 15 reps 3 sets
Bowflex seated cable row 80#each hand 15 reps 2 sets
Bowflex straight arm pulldown 80# 20 reps 2 sets
Biceps- barbell curl started 50# 2 reps & dropped to 45# 12rep 3sets
stability ball preacher curl 40# 15reps 1 set,35# 20reps 1 set
concentration curl 20# 20rep 1 set, 15# 20rep1 set
barbell reverse wrist curl 25# 15rep 1 set, 20# 15 rep 1 set


Charlotte, no thanks on the pie. I am still trying to make up for going to Popeyes when we were out on the Motorcycle Sunday. There was not one non greasy thing on that menu. No salad:( I had popcorn shrimp, greasy green beans with bacon and iced tea. Told them no biscuit and they put it in there anyway. I did not eat it though. I hope you get your fence done soon. When we had workers here I took our dogs out on a leash. They did not want to do anything.

Debbie, I think my favorite Butts and Guts premix is the leg blast one. You get to do lots of firewalkers and walking lunges:) Overall legs is second.

Dallys, I bet that was unpleasant coming home to poop all over the house. If we are gone for extended amounts of time I put the dogs in a crate. Puddle is getting pretty big for that though and since she has been in so much pain we have left her out of it. She doesn't have accidents in the house anymore. But after she chewed her doggie bed zipper up I kind of worry about other things. I am liking the M&F rotation. Todays didn't go as well as I would have liked. On the lower rep phases I have been able to increase my weights some.

It is definitely allergies. Go outside and I start to cry. I do feel best when I am in the garage or basement.

So got part of my workout in. Just biceps so far. Drinking lots of water and will do triceps next.

Concentration Curls 3 sets/5 with 40# db's (best I could do today)
Dumbbell curls 25's 3 sets/10
Barbell curls 65# 3 sets/8

I am surprised I had the strength to pull this off considering how I feel. Maybe next week I can do more? lol

Char - Great going with those biceps! Dang girl. You got some gun strength there! I'm jealous!

Diane Sue - Excellent workout! How are you liking this rotation? I also like the leg blast premix, I've done that one before too. Firewalkers are my favorite.
 
Hello Ladies!

This morning I did cardio - CompuTrainer - for an hour. It was a great workout. I was sweating buckets. I was going to do CC#6 on the elliptical but my other cycling buddy just informed me that she's been riding a ton inside on the trainer but wanted to start riding 5 days a week outside. Yikes! So I figured I'd better keep my butt on the bike too.

It's sleeting here. It was raining all night then snowing this morning (nothing was sticking) and has been sleeting all afternoon. I'm really ready for some warmer weather. I don't mind the rain, but really don't want the snow anymore. Whine, whine, whine. Anyone have any cheese??? :p

Did tricep work earlier.

Lying Tricep Ext 3 sets/6 with 15# db's
Kickbacks with 20's
Working triceps with 55# barbell 3 sets/6

Still have to do abs. On benadryl again so maybe I won't feel the workout? I feel all numb as it is. lol

Hello Maniacs!!

Another busy week here at work....

This morning I did BBC's (Rich) treadmill workout and added a little extra to make it a 3.5 mile run. I did Back at lunch and just finished with a step class.

Anne - Sorry the instructor sucks...when you workout with Cathe, it's pretty hard to be instructed by others.

Toasty - sorry you feel so bad. When I get some time, I'll look at your pics...can't wait to see your new home.

Well, it poured buckets of rain here this afternoon. That really figures as I think the arts festival started today:) It usually always rains during the arts festival and the state fair. I will go to the bank and stuff tomorrow. I didn't want to run around in torrents of rain if I did not have to today.

Debbie, I really like this rotation so far. Week 2 of phase 4 looks like it will be a long one. For the most part I feel like I have made some gains and have not spent as much time as usual getting in weights 2-3 times a week per bodypart. Sometimes I feel underworked but I notice it later:)

Suz and Dallys, sorry you are experiencing cold weather. Well maybe the wine and cheese would help make it more tolerable LOL. The sun is coming out here this evening. I hope that means it will be nice tomorrow.

Dallys, hope you get in your workout this evening.

Charlotte, I know what you mean about allergies. I have been sneezing and watery eye the last couple of days. I try to avoid allergy meds though. DD keeps telling me I need to take Allegra since it is non drowsy. It makes me dizzy and I feel like I am not quite right. Good workout:) I hope it gets better.
