Well Hello everyone!!
I didn’t have access to my computer for the last four days!! Talk about going STIR CRAZY!!
Nicole, I've been sticking to my stepper almost everyday. I really try to push myself on it. I tried to do some Cathe Step, but only made it through the warmup. I guess I'm taking longer to heal than I'd like. I'm glad you like the rotation. Like you did recently, I looked at myself
Oh my! Between my lack of exercise and not such a good diet....I was horrified. No, make that mortified!x(
The last few days I've also added MM, ME or PH (every other day).
Dallas, my feet go numb on my elliptical stepper. I have plenty of room in my sneakers too. Hopefully after your vacation your foot would have healed and you’re back to your running again.
Marietta, P90X and TLT are NOTHING in any possible way alike. I think you'd like P90X better. Man, I've GOT to get a DVD burner. Was there something you were looking for?

Terri, I got your email. I wish Ashley the best (and Dave too). Do your best to enjoy your trip to San Diego.
I hope to back tomorrow. My husband is home this whole week and he has to hook up his laptop to my computer stuff.
