Hardcore Fitness Maniacs check in for Wed., Jan. 3

Wow, i missed alot today. Working alone and buisy. Got a 1/2 hr break, so i am folding towels.
I am doing a total body tonite.. PH or MM.... Not sure . Depends which is ataring at me the most..HEHEH...

The bedding is growing on me. DH hates the curtains. I told him too bad...Not much choice w/out going custom. I am not sewing.

I am really draining and rasping.Making me crazy. I vicksed my nose and chest. Better today than yeaterday.

Had another good WO this afternoon. I did LIC timesaver cardio premix 48min, then LIC abs (I love them cuz they are non stop burn), then I did yoga YAY! for about 20-25 min. Focused on hip work. Then I just ate my lunch of eggs and wheat toast and a little turkey sausage. Full. Hoping for a light dinner.

Anne- hope you start to feel better soon woman! I love your curtains.

Suz and Dallys- that is pretty cool that you guys are playing the piano and guitar. I don't have any musical skills! My own children cry when I sing! Seriously! Even the ABC song sends them running!

Char- At the diner I work at the owners Dh is in his 80's, blind, and hard of hearing. He always listens to sports games or talking on his radio in the back room. He is a trip. He is actually pretty amazing. He washes and puts away all the dishes, spreads the dough for the pizza, and even shreds cheese and peels potatoes perfectly!
Anyway....

Lora- you are doing fine. I think you are putting to much stress on yourself. i am sure it will be better by next week. Hope you get your massage and relieve your headache soon. Hang in there.

Amber- cool beans for you getting your eliptical. hope the stairmaster sells quickly.

DS- what do your grandkids do while you are doing your WO? My kids are usually good if they are awake, but sometimes they get in the way and I have to *go around them*! I did hit CHase in the head with a 3lb weight once. THank goodness it was neoprene and I was doing a slow count! Geesh! Now I make sure they backup when I am doing any lifting. I don't mind jumping over them once in awhile!

Oh, Connor just found the chocolate stash, bb!

Finished Biceps/Back earlier this afternoon. I love that workout. It totally rocks. I will put in my stats tomorrow morning. No time right now. Still have ab ripper x to do. Just busy. FIL wants me go places and he drives so damn slow you would not believe it. My head hangs out the window so I can breathe..the smoke kills me. I told him, I will take my car. He says no. I say, "well the window is going down all the way". He says he doesn't care. lol. Tomorrow I have errands to do. I am going solo.

Time to make dinner. Gordita's?

Finished up LIC and hot tub x. My HRM started working 20 min. into the workout. LOL! Said I burned 249 cal in 1 hr. 13 min. I'm guessing I burned at least 300. My workout was 1 hr. 33 min. Not sure if I want to send it in to get fixed or just buy a new one. I'd like one that you can change your own batteries on the watch and the chest strap. Plus the chest strap doesn't fit all that well.

Char- Glad you liked that workout. I knew you would! My dad drives slow too. It's so annoying! My goal is 11% too! For me it'll be all diet. :(

Amber- That's no turkey! That's a pelican. LOL! He let me get real close for a bunch of pictures. He liked me.:)

Meg- Looks like we did a similar workout today. :) I didn't have a musical bone in my body when I started playing the guitar. I started at 35! It's one of the funnest things I've done for myself.

Anne- did you get your workout in? Are you getting excited for the new @@ .:)

Diane Sue- Don't tell me you did all that AND CC4 AND ran another 4 miles! Ok tell me... no don't tell me. LOL!

Suz- Now we need "Yoga for muscians" to get all our kinks out. LOL!

Jeanette- Where are you today?

I have pre op tomorrow. Yes i gettin nervous.
