Morning Fitness Maniacs -
I had a restless night. Up and down all night and couldn't sleep well. I ended up doing P90 Masters Sweat 5-6 (listening to my Buckcherry CD) for 40 minutes and then I did Baron Baptiste's Core Power Live Yoga.
The Core Power Yoga DVD was a half hour and was a pretty decent short yoga workout. It, of course, had a lot of core work in it, but it wasn't as intense as Ana Forrest's Pleasure of Strength DVD.

Has anyone tried the new Diet V8 Splash Berry Blend? It's really good after a hard cardio workout and only 10 calories per serving. I can't drink citrus juices cuz of my reflux problems, so I really like this splash! It's very refreshing. Just thought I'd share.
