Morning Ladies -
This morning I did Power 90 Masters Sweat 5/6 plus 15 minutes on the Eliptical followed by Power 90 Ab Ripper 200. I also did Yoga Shakti Lunar Flow Yoga. I did the plough pose in the yoga sequence and I don't think I"m allowed to do them. I couldn't remember. I know I'm not allowed to do headstands and shoulder stands, but I wasn't sure. Guess I found out the hard way, as it aggravated my shoulders. Oh yes, and yoga does work your legs differently than weights, as I'm really feeling it my legs today from yesterday's yoga (in a good way though).
Have great workouts everyone. I'm off to soak my shoulders. We're going to see Ultraviolet today.
