Morning Fitness Maniacs -
Ugh it's Monday and we had the time change. It was really hard to get out of bed this morning. I did Amy Bento All Pump and about 15 minutes of TurboJam Kick Punch and Jam. I wanted to do more aerobics, but ran out of time cuz I couldn't get up soon enough. I again lifted the same amount as Amy and I think I would have gotten a better workout if I went a bit heavier.
All Pump was an okay weight workout, but I peronally think it should have been a bit longer. I didn't count reps, but I think she does a lot, as I was getting a good burn. We'll see how sore I am from this tomorrow. She did have a few unique moves that I've never done before. This one bicep move was a move I've never seen elsewhere and I liked it.
Turbo Jam Kick Punch and Jam was fun. The music was really good in this one and it had more punches than the last one I did. I only did 15 minutes of it, so more on that later.
