I am just not with it today...I don't know why. Not tired...I think it's because I hate Mondays!!
I did 35 minutes on the EFX at work and then the following back exercises (3 sets unless otherwise noted).
Close grip pull ups (drop sets)
DB Pullovers
Standing Straight Arm lat Pulldowns
Seated Cable Rows
Ab/core work (various rep cycles)
Saturday we did go to the program for the womens shelter and everything went very well. The girls danced and did an excellent job. I had to dance with them because one of the girls was unable to make it. I'd do it again in a heartbeat...
Never did get around to making those valetine cards...won't have time tonight because I have to take dd to her tumbling class.
Seems like everyone doing wonderful...
Diane/Dallas - Be careful with your workouts...you have some injuries that if not handled correctly, will result in more problems down the line.
Terri - When I'm done with this rotation, I may do the Feb 06 rotation....I probably could use a "light" month. It will be hard, but I'm gonna force myself to do it...that's what I'm thinking right now anyway.
Nicole - I haven't done IMAX Extreme yet...one of these days...sounds like a good one.
Lisa - Good luck on the interview...I know you're you'll be glad when that's all over with.
Lora - Did you get your computer worked on? You probably mentioned it over the weekend....but I haven't had time to go back yet and check.
Hey Sabrina - Did you have a party over the weekend? Hope you household get's all healthy real soon...
