Yesterday I did LMR Functional Upper Body, 49 minutes, 157 calories, HR 94/126. Today I did CDorner Low Impact cardio with light weight shoulder endurance segments, 32 minutes, 173 calories, HR 120/148 and then CDorner Neck and Shoulder Pain Relief, 20 minutes, 43 calories followed by Senior Shape Everything Hurts Pain relief 29 minutes, 83 calories. Total time 81 minutes, 299 calories. I had planned on doing lower body today, but everything hurt when I got up so I decided to get in movement and stretching instead.
My granddaughter and baby are okay so far. Her doctor wanted her to come in today to get checked on how things were going. They did a CT scan and stuff to be sure the baby was okay. That car looked awful. They couldn't get the passenger door open. Her two year old is traumatized by it right now. He was fine though. Her husband was okay and the other driver was okay. I think when we see the baby girl born and okay will make us all feel better.
Jolie, that is wonderful that your mother is doing so much better and sweet of you to encourage you and get her dumbbells. Nice work on CL 465 Strong and Fit All Upper Body.
Belinda, nice work on Zoom Dancing Plus Pilates. I am not sure yet what infusions he is going to suggest. We will discuss it next visit and hopefully they can do it. I saw they did some different blood tests this time. I guess they are checking things before I start something else.
Debbie, I am glad that you are feeling better. I always forget those extra devices that I have and using them. I try to avoid Advil as much as possible, but there have been a few days lately that I have given in and used some.
Roslyn, good job on chest, shoulders, and triceps. I hope your mother can relax and not worry. I know that is difficult and we tend to worry about the worst things happening.
