Dil and I did SBF stretch 2, 35 min. She is also a yoga instructor, she liked the stretch.

Diane - great job on Funtional mobility Timesaver warm up and Low Impact Cardio, 20 minutes, and Lauren SS Cardio and Strength Hiit joint friendly.

Jolie - great job today.

Hi,

Walk outside and Pilates Strong and Steady = 20 min + SBF Classic Barre = 37min. I am almost done with SBF Adv. Barre Bootcamp rotation. I will focus on heavier weights next week and sprinkle barre here and there.

Hi all. Just taking it easy. Having some good days and some horrible days. Lately the pain seems to be confined in one place and is a constant tweak like feeling. But if I move the wrong way or move my leg the wrong way, instant shock all the way down my leg. Aleve is helping and so are Lidocaine patches. If it's not better in a few days I'm going to my PT lady.

No workout yesterday. Today I did Boss Bands skipping the chest and abs portion, 46 minutes, 168 calories, heart rate 99/135. I went to my ladies group game day gathering. Hopefully more tomorrow. Weekends have been busy so it is hard to get in a workout.

Debbie, I am sorry you are having that pain. Get the inflammation down and it should help the nerve pain.

I did SBF TB barre and Pilates with the foam roller. I also went for a nice walk outside. Next time I need to go earlier, it got hot.

Today I did part of a CDorner Step aerobics 70's and 80's and then switched to her Step Aerobics meets Kickboxing, 45 minutes, 286 calories, heart rate 134/165. I finished with Laurens Mobility posture upper body, 18 minutes, 60 calories. Total time 63 minutes, 346 calories. The first step was just moving too fast adding to the moves and it was not a good day for concentrating on the moves all around the step.

Belinda, good job on SBF TB Barre and Pilates with a foam roller. It has been warm and off and on rain which makes it too warm.
 
Hi all! I am happy to say that the pain is almost all gone. I am being really careful, especially when I'm in my car and getting out - that is where it really hurts. Today coming to work I was fine. I'm going to taper off the Aleve and see how I feel as it gets out of my system and knock on wood, I will continue to feel good.

If I'm still ok by Monday, I wil get up early and at least walk on my treadmill for a bit and then start doing some light stretching. That will be what I do next week and then the following week I will try lifting again. Fingers crossed!!

Diane - nice job on CDorner Step aerobics 70's and 80's + her Step Aerobics meets Kickboxing and Laurens Mobility posture upper body. It‘s in the 80‘s here. Very hot.

Today I did Perfect 30 Pump Lower Body, 31 minutes, 130 calories, heart rate 102/124 following with Lauren Senior Shape Walking Cardio and Strength, 35 minutes, 222 calories, heart rate 133/153. The strength in this one was done at the end and using very light weights. Total time was 66 minutes, 352 calories.

Debbie, I am so glad you are feeling better. It looks like you have a good plan.

Belinda, nice work on the two live zoom dance classes and pilates for hips. We have had some 80's here too. It was beautiful outside this morning after the rain last night. I sat outside with my coffee while the dogs wandered around and enjoyed the peaceful woods.

Today I did SBFLower Body Barre 3 = 37 min plus Pilates foot massage. I also took a walk outside.

Diane - great job on P30 Pump lower Body and Lauren walking Cardio/strenght. I love sitting outside drinking my coffee on my deck. Can your dogs run off into the woods? Did you sign up for a monthly Cathe subscription? Mine Cathe live is running out next week…I will use my DVD’s.

Took DS to the airport today. Wished he stayed longer. We are planning a trip to visit him and DIL soon.

Today I did SBF Upper Core = 30 plus outside walk. Tomorrow is my last SBF stretch workout. I have no clue what I will do next week? Dh and I are going to a celebration of life for his cousins husband.

I have been MIA last week because I had to get mom settled in her assisted living facility and it was a lot of work since it was out of town. I called her this morning and she is doing great. I left last night and it felt like when I had to drop my eldest son off at preschool, I darn near cried. Today I had to burn some energy, I have had severe anxiety attacks that have been very overwhelming, so I ran on the elliptical for 32 minutes, traveled 3.2 miles and burned 328 calories. I did interval mode, 2 minutes uphill high intensity and 2 minutes low incline on a slightly lower resistance. I cannot believe how well I did with it, walking the hills around here has gotten me in good shape cardiovascular wise. Next, I did Shoulders and Biceps, my own workout and it felt great. My goal is to lose 5 pounds before my 60th birthday on June 2. I think I can do it if I clean up my diet, do some good cardio and lift heavy. I am only doing HIIT cardio to help me with the anxiety. I need to sleep better; I have a lot to think about regarding my mom and my dad's death is wearing on me too.

Belinda, I hate when my son has to leave, I know how you feel. My youngest leaves at the end of next month for the Marines and I think I will die!!! Life goes on...

I did it, Jolie roles reverse don’t they? I had my mom at the ER all day. She’s been having abdominal pain. Nothing at all showed up. I said I guess it’s just old age and things changing now she’s weak as a kitten from being there all day.

I did get a sprint interval work in today legs yesterday

Good morning,

Today I did CL# 589 Glute Camp. Great workout. She used the band and mini step. It was at a slower pace, which I liked. I also did Pilates Balance & Strength (more like stretching). All those balance challenges are helping getting my balance/strength back.

Jolie - I know it will be hard for you when your son leaves next month. No matter how old they are we still miss them. I am so sorry you going through so much with your mom. Breaks my heart for you. Getting older is suck! Glad your mom likes the facility.

Roselyn - aww…sorry you had to take your mom to the ER. How she doing? Praying for her.

Hi all. Still not working out. Even though I feel better about 90% of the time, the issue is not gone. Every time I get in my car and drive the pain comes back. I don't get it because I can sit on everything else without an issue. I have a physical on the 28th and I will ask my doctor to give me a script to go to my PT person. I need to find out what exercises I can do to get this to heal.

So for now I'm taking it easy and I hate it. I feel like such a slug. I'm getting good steps in each day, but still hate not working out. This sucks.
