It took awhile but I finally got that workout in. I was dragging again this morning. Spent forever trying to call the car place back to have them check my tire that has a slow leak while they were working on my car. There phone was busy everytime I checked. I started my workout with Criss Cross Cardio stopping at the balance/core then did Turbo Jam Punch, Kick and Jam no w/up and stopping at the tubing, Slow and Heavy legs and shoulders and Rainbeau's Dawn yoga bonus. I really drug through my weights. I lowered some of the weights because my joints in my fingers are achey and one bends funny. I asked my dil to try to get me in to the doctor the first part of next week. This is my 5th week of S&H legs. I think I am about ready for something else.

Shoulders
dumbbell front shoulder raise 10# 3 sets
dumbbell side lateral raise 12# 3 sets (last time one was 15#)
dumbbell posterior raise 10# 3 sets
dumbbell seated overhead press 20# 4 reps dropped to 15#1 set,15# 1 set
lying rotator cuff 2 sets 8#
