Hardcore Fitness Maniac Hotties for 7/30

OMG!

I DID IT!!!

I ran 2 miles non-stop at 4.0 mph!!! It took me 30 minutes, but I did it.

I covered up the mileage and time and just ran. It seems when I'm watching the time and how far I've gone it seems endless. The last 1/2 mile was the toughest, but it wasn't horribly bad. My big problem is I love to sing while listening to music, but when my HR gets past 144 bpm, I shouldn't be doing that. But I do. Then I end up winded and I feel like I'm running frantically. So when that happened (and it happened several times) I stopped singing, concentrated on my breathing and my running. It worked. So I'd start singing again and I would do it all over again. LOL! But it worked and I ran it non-stop! I was actually shocked at how fast the time seemed to go when you aren't watching it.

HR STATS:
45 minutes total
5 minutes below zone
7 minutes in zone
33 minutes above zone
392 calories burned
2.6 miles travelled

Highest my HR got was 161 bpm. It stayed there for about the last 1/4 of the last mile.

I'm getting new shoes tomorrow. I really need them. No pain in my inner thigh, but my knees are bothering me. So I want to spend some money and get a good pair. Hopefully Saucony's. I love those.

This morning I did Tracy's High Intensity Step Mix 2 stopping after the abs 78 min, 536 calories. I then did Amy's Hi/Lo Knockout abs and stretch using 10# dumbbells and a 15# kettlebell for the half get ups to a side plank she does, adding some mountain climbers, 18 min, 71 calories. I finished with budokon flow and flexibility with no meditations or spinal w/u, 39 min, 163 calories. Total time was 2 hr 15 min and calories burned 770.

Debbie, way to go on the non-stop workout:D If I don't find something to occupy my mind the time drags. I turn on the television or throw my ipad with a book on it in the book rack. I totally cannot just run. It is so boring. Yeah!!! Go Debbie:D
