Hardcore Fitness Maniac Hotties for 6/4

Today was Legs & Shoulders. I had a really good workout. Today was suppose to be a rest day but I didn't workout on Monday so I had to make up for that.

Same workout as last week but I change reps and weights.

1 min. 30 second rest between each set.

LEGS
Squats - 95# - 3 sets/8 reps (up 10#)
BSS - 25's - 3 sets/10 reps (up 5#)
Elevated SLDL - 85# - 3 sets/10 reps (stayed the same)
Dumbbell Calf Raises - 30's/3 sets/25 reps (up 5#)

SHOULDERS
Dumbbell Military Press - 25's - 3 sets/6 reps (up 10#/down 2 reps - my goal is to be able to do 30's with 5 reps again)
Upright Rows - 50# - 3 sets/10 reps (up 5#)
Lateral Raise - 12's - 3 sets/12 reps (up 23)
Barbell Shrugs - 100# - 3 sets/15 reps
 
I am getting ready to go get some errands done. I got up at 4 and took dd and her children to the airport. Their flight was canceled yesterday when I took her. I came back and took a nap. I just got my workout in so half my day is gone. I had a couple of days with no workouts at all. Just too tired.
Today I did Cathe's High Reps 65 min, 433 calories, then I did Amy's Kettlebell Dynamics abs and stretch 13 min 78 calories. I wanted to try a little more Zumba Exhilerate so I did the w/up and first exercise segment that is supposed to be like bollywood?? It was fun. 17 min 127 calories and I actually got my HR up to 150. Total time was 95 min and calories burned was 638.
 
Today is a rest day for me, although I did a little light yoga on my own earlier, so I guess an active rest day. Yesterday I went to yoga class.
