Hardcore Fitness Maniac Hotties for 2/19

I am excited to report that I have lost 8# since Jan. 2nd and at least 1/2" on all measurements that I measured. I'm so excited, I honestly didn't think I was doing this good. My eating still isn't where it should be. I'm happy about these results.

Today I did total body and had a great workout. Feel great today!

2 sets/12 reps with 1 min. 30 second rest between each set.

Upright Rows - 45#
Leg Press Station - 175#
Flat Barbell Press - 75#
Bent Over Lateral Raise - 15's
Overhead Extensions - 30#
Leg Press Calf Raises - 200#

Then I did the ab work from Cathe's Total Body workout - love that one. And also did the stretch from that workout. Nice one, I liked that as well.

This morning I did 2 miles on the treadmill. I was frustrated because after the w/up I decided to use my gym boss. It was not working right so I went to the website to see if I was doing something wrong. I changed the batteries which I did not think were the problem. I have only used it for a short time when I did a tabata weight workout. Anyway I gave up and walked and did sprints upping the speed each time till I hit 8.1mph. This took 25 min with the w/up and I burned 200 calories. HR monitor says max hr 203 and average 129 that made no sense.
I then did Lauren Brooks Body Sculpting and Conditioning with Kettlebells 2 Smoker/finisher segment 21 min and burned 206 calories HR 143 avg- 163 max(that was more like it)
I followed this with Shock Cardio MMA Heavybag since I am hitting things I can't do with the grandbaby around. 19 minutes 177 calories HR 143avg 163 max. I followerd with the core from MMA and did the killer abs from Lauren Brooks workout 21 minutes 135 calories. Finished with 10 minutes of budokon flow and flexibility stopping after the floating lunge segment 51 calories. Total time spent was 86 min and calories burned 769.

Debbie, that is great that you are getting the weight loss and inches that you want:D My eating was not good yesterday since I didn't eat anything at all till the afternoon. Then I hit El Chico for dinner. They took so long I swear I ate a whole bowl of chips:mad:
