Today was total body doing supersets. Same workout as last Saturday in superset form.

Did 2 sets/12 reps with each superset. 1 minute 30 seconds rest between each set.

Flat Barbell Press - 80# (up 5#)

Bent Over Lateral Raise - 17's (up 2#)

Overhead Tricep Extensions - 35# (up 5#)
ss w/
Leg Press Station Calf Raises - 210# (up 10#)

Roselyn, how do you like that Jillian workout. I keep thinking about picking it up but then I wonder if I will be disappointed. I only own two of her workouts and one is yoga which I like. Not sure if I like the weight/kettlebell one or not. Maybe I lean toward not as I have only used each workout once. Anything unique in the six pack one?

I do like the Jillian workout, it is all about abs but there is some cardio in it, a friend of mine has it and really liked it, I am doing the level 1 for 3 weeks before level 2, so we shall see, I will let you know more as I use it.
