Hardcore Fitness Maniac Hotties for 11/9

Today was Meso 3, Week 4, Disc 35, Plyo Legs. Last Plyo Legs. I can't believe I'm almost done with this rotation. I absolutely loved it. I know I'll probably do it again at the beginning on the new year.

Had a great workout. I liked this mix. 30 second rest between each exercise.

Lateral Step Ups - 20#/12 reps each side
Sit N Stand Up with Jump and Weight in Hand - 8#
Walking Lunges -20's
Reach and Tap Corner of Step with weighted Gloves - 3's
Alternating Side Lunge -20#/12 reps each side
Band Hop One leg and Turn corner hop with other leg
One Legged Deadlifts - 20#/12 reps each side
One Leg Squat Thrust Switch After 15 Seconds - I don't like these, I did regular squat thrusts.
Squats Narrow Stance - 30's/12 reps
Lateral Jumps over Step Platform
Low Lunge/Squat Combo - 12 each side
Slow Jumps Over Step w/3 Risers
Stiff Legged Deadlift -35's/12 reps
Squat Jumps
Static Lunge - 15's/12 reps each side
Quarter Turn Half turn Jumps - 8#/15 reps (these make me dizzy)
One Leg Sit N Slide with Paper Plate - 12#/12 each side
Plyo Jacks
Plie Squats Alternating Hand - 35#/12 reps (these are my favorite)
Tuck Jumps
One Leg Elevated Lunges (BSS) - 15's/12 reps each side
Quarter Turn Half turn Jumps Left Side - 8#/15 reps
Sit N Stands - 15#/12 reps each side
Power Scissors Alternating
Sequential Lunge Into Front Kick Combo - 12's/12 reps each side (these burned)
Slow Air jacks

I'll catch up with the weekend workouts and do personals later when I get some time.

5-chicken/apple
6-egg whites/salad

Morning Maniacs -

This morning I did AHB - Burn Phase 2. Workout was 50" with an extra 3" warmup and I burned 500 calories. Max HR was 152. I added on the Flexibility segment from Pilates on the ball and then rolled my neck and shoulders on the foam roller a bit to try to get some of the spasm out, as I'm in pain.

Deb - yes, what changes did you notice in your body from STS? You even liked the leg workouts? I dread leg workouts.

Have great workouts everyone.

ETA: Help me please?? How can I figure out which day to take each week as a rest day when my schedule is always different? I need to start doing yoga or pilates 1 day a week as a rest day. Suggestions welcome, as right now I just keep pushing on saying that I might not to work out on one of the days I work the early shift....but then I never do that cuz I don't want to get in that habit either, so I just keep pushing on day in and day out.

Honestly, with the way I've been eating - not much. I noticed a huge change in my endurance, though, which is good. But other then that, the way I look, not much change. BUT - it's my own fault. I am hoping to be back on track here. I need to shed about 10# still. I just can't seem to do it. My will power is gone for some reason and it's getting to be very frustrating.

I hear ya Debbie . I could have written that post! No matter what I try, my will power does not stick around for long!

Hey, everyone, I am still really busy but now I get to add sick to the list! I have a head cold and feel pretty yucky. Took Saturday & Sunday off but managed to do Turbo Jam Fat Blaster this morning. 30 minutes was more than enough.

Linda - Dang girl, didn't you just get over the flu or something? I'm sorry to hear you are sick again. That truly sucks out loud!!!

Diane Sue - I keep meaning to tell you - the Wal Mart I shop at finally has Agave Nectar! I am so happy!

Lora - Don't you get an advanced schedule for work? If so, can't you take one of your rest days on a day off maybe??? I use to have this problem when I was selling Avon a lot. My rest days would alternate Friday and Sunday's. It was a pain.

Theresa - I may have to start copying what you eat! LOL!!! How is it? Do you find yourself hungry or bored with the selections?

Debbie-I really just started today. It will be boring to a point, but for me knowing what I will be eating everyday will keep me out of trouble. The first two meals have kept me very full. I think I may blend my greek yogurt with my strawberries for a smoothie feel and I may do the same with the blueberries in the pancakes. This way I can buy frozen which will be a ton cheaper.

Linda-with all your chores, I'm suprised you have time for anything else. I got frustrated with my eating habits and that's when I decided to get help. the nutrtionist helped but I still had way too much room for wiggle. Oleysa's plan is simple and straight forward. Once I get used to weighing all my food, it will be a breeze.

Lora-Personally, I would just pick a rest day. You work out everyday with no trouble getting through the workouts. Or listen to your body, if you need a rest day-take it.

No workout today. I have company. We are having Thanksgiving dinner at DD's house in a little while.

Debbie, Walmart here has been gettng quite a few things that are helpful with my clean eating recipes. They have also started getting some larger bottles of Agave Nectar and in light and dark. I bought Demarara cane sugar there and they have the greek yogurt.

Linda, I am fighting a cold myself. Maybe the day or two off will help but somehow I doubt it.

Theresa, good luck with Olesya's program. Hope it all works out great for you. The protein pancakes sound like a good idea.

I have to go fix fruit salad and sweet potatoes. Not really hungry as I had chinese food for lunch and breakfast was the Clean Eating Cookbook Cottage cheese pancakes.
