Hardcore Fitness Maniac Hotties for 10/6

Shana, nice workouts:) I like the abs on Bosu Blast. I hadn't done that one in a couple of months and was surprised at how it felt when I did it again recently. That is a good idea adding in S&H. I thought I would try 4Day Split and add body parts from Body Max 2 to it. Just couldn't handle adding the extra shoulders today. My right shoulder has been hurting and I have been avoiding shoulders for awhile now.

I don't think I've posted for a couple days but I am actually too lazy to check, so anyway...
saturday----rest day, but did take a nice walk
Sunday---back and shoulders from Amy's Slo Mo, but got a phone call not too far into the shoulder work, so that part was shorter than it should have been.
Monday---Core Max (med ball and stability ball section), then the first part of Karen Voight's Yoga Sculpt.
