I like the abs on Bosu Blast. I hadn't done that one in a couple of months and was surprised at how it felt when I did it again recently. That is a good idea adding in S&H. I thought I would try 4Day Split and add body parts from Body Max 2 to it. Just couldn't handle adding the extra shoulders today. My right shoulder has been hurting and I have been avoiding shoulders for awhile now.
