Hardcore Fitness Manaics for 3/27

Today was cardio and in honor of Coach Sean I did Cardio Coach #4. I remember I use to hate this workout. And I use to yell at Sean every time I did it. But even though it's not my favorite, I don't hate it anymore either.

I had a great workout. It was hard to think that the man who has coached me through my treadmill workouts is gone. He is the one who got me to love my treadmill. I am still very saddened about this news.

No one really knows. He passed away on March 25th and his sister posted something about it FB. She didn't go into details about what happened which I find strange. There was an obit also with no explanation on what happened. I have my suspicions, I just hope they are wrong. :(

Debbie: Our you freaking kidding me, Sean passed away OMG....my heart just dropped. I was in love with this man, he was always kind to me. OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was going to do a CC w/o this morning, got all set turned and my iPod (and whatcha know) battery was dead, over the weekend my grandkids must've left on, this is why I ended up doing Les. I can't believe he passed.

I was stunned too when I heard about Coach Sean. That is so sad.

This morning I did a short workout. We were out of town most of the day yesterday and I did not get enough sleep due to allergies and getting to bed too late. I did Cathe's Low Impact Series Athletic Training Extreme Mix, 42 min, 318 calories, max hr 147. Sometime this week I hope to get in some weights. I had to go to Akins this morning to pick up some things after I dropped off to school. I wanted to make the Chipotle Salad I made the other day but was out of tomatoes and cilantro. It has quinoa and black beans in it. I got the recipe from Fitness Magazine and loved it. I use a little less olive oil in it though.

Teddy, good workout. Sorry about the battery. It general takes me way to long to decide what else to do when I have my mind set on something else.

Debbie, I hardly remember CC 4. I think I used to do CC 5 a lot.

Diane: As always, nice workout.;) I charged iPod battey here at work; all ready to go. I was going to do a CC tomorrow, now, not sure if I can I'm still heartbroken about Sean, so sudden. I may tried (have to think this out) truth tho, maybe it's what I need to heal.

The Chipotle Salad sounds awesome.
