Hardcore Finess Maniacs for week of 4-22

Today I did X train biceps and triceps timesave rnds 1-6 and core 1 42min, 241 calories. I then did Ride Express workout #1, 36min, 344 calories, I put in 8 miles. I then did Yoga Max Express # 2, 34 min 133 calories. Total time 1 hr 53 min and calories burned 718.

I like to read but, balancing it with art and craft work and other things I don't have as much time as I would like to. I love mysteries. I also enjoy the humor and fun in Janet Evanovichs' books. I have two waiting for me to read.
