As of this morning I have now done all three of the Hardcore Extreme workouts. They are some very tough workouts, but the one I did this morning --I think it is the most intense and hardest to get through workout of Cathe's that I have done to date (and I have done almost every one of her workouts): High/Low Intervals. OMG. That was brutal! And I LOVE it!
Overall, I still prefer the Terminator workouts to Hardcore Extreme--but that's because the bootcamp/circuit workouts are better--but cardio-wise, if I want to really get my butt seriously kicked, Hardcore Extreme is the way to go.
