Hardcore Extreme

I'm thinking about getting this since its on sale. Does it have any premixes?

There are not any premixes on Hardcore Extreme. I think this is mainly because it is already a compilation of several Hardcore DVDs.

In my opinion, this is a great DVD. It is at the top of my high calorie burning workouts. The Interval Circuit is especially good.
