Ok, i am officially fried. i did gs legs and by the time i got to the outer thigh band work it was like NOOOOOOO. not more....I really stink at the floor work. the roll outs with one leg lifting kill me...
Tummy is better. I barely ate today. I was scared!!!!!!
DH made turkey cabbage rolls which are still cooking. I am starving now...
Gotta make the gson potatoes and carrots smushed together. Only veggie he will eat..he needs to eat something good.
Gotta make and freeze pierogees for x-mas eve. Tried to talk dad into changing, but nada...
The old hunky meal it is i guess.So much starch. The sour soup is really good though. It is made w sauerkraut juice, rice mushrooms chopped tomaties, onions.. Really good...
Well, gotta pay attention to Gson.

Todays's workout was Body Max2 w/up and power circuit, then CTX Power Circuit, I finished off with Butts & Guts Floorwork legs. I had to get done early because we had people looking at our house. They were here well over an hour. Today we had someone scheduled in the afternoon but they called and the realtor was sick and had to go to the emergency roo. so it was canceled.
Anne, yes we are selling our home and moving. We want to move to the area that the rest of the family leaves and bring me closer to where I do my shopping.
Charlotte, do you show your home without the pets? We tok the dogs and ended up at the park. I cannot imagine doing this all of the time.
Diane Sue - Another great workout! Where did you get your weighted gloves? I remember you and Lora talking about some that weren't as good as others? Good luck with the house. So stressful. We had a realtor tell us we had too many animals. Well actually he didn't tell us but he told my friend (he's her BIL). It made me angry b/c we keep our bird cages very clean and we keep our house clean and it's not his business how many animals we have and we weren't selling the house with the animals. And our houses have always sold VERY fast (we're in our 4th owned home in 14 years - plus the first one we rented when we moved here - and we're not moving again in Cheyenne) so they must not be that bad! We usually took the dogs with us if it was a weekend showing, but obviously not during the week when we were working. We did have a couple people freak out b/c we had pit bulls and they were in kennels in the basement and they were barking and people thought they were going to break out of their kennels and eat them. Some people wouldn't go down to the basement.
