My way to handle eating issues is to 1: have something to really motivate me to want to be able to show off the definition. 2 is to keep all weaknesses out of my kitchen 3. when I eat out I need to know the menu and ways to make it as good as possible. But sometimes it is better not to go out. For instance the local mexican restaurant has a couple of good choices but they set that basket of chips and the salsa and queso on the table and I am done for. When I buy snacks and things for dh I try to choose stuff that I hate like Fig Newtons LOL If I make cookies for the grandchildren it is almost guaranteed I am going to eat half of the batch myself. I have tried the not depriving myself thing and I just gain weight that is not good weight. Eats today have been pretty much what was planned but since we went to Subway for lunch I got a roast chicken salad to replace the tuna on lettuce salad I was supposed to have in the TF 5 day inferno booklet. Yesterday would have been good but I bought Big Sky Granola(lost my head somewhere

) Needless to say it was gone before I went to bead.
Debbie, glad things worked out with the Hip Flexor today

I am always affraid of Chiropractors too. My parents went to them all of the time and said they felt so good afterward. One of my DH friends was going to a local doctor for his shoulder and was given pain killers and meds along with physical therapy while it just kept getting worse. Finally he went to the local chiropractor who spotted his problem and he ended up having surgury on it and is fine now. So I guess the chiro here knows her stuff. I was noticing that Linda was missing again too. I believe she had said she was really busy last time she posted.
Theresa, I think the TF Sculpt workouts are good but I personally would not rely solely on the tubing for my strength workouts. I like them for an add on. Chalene does some really good moves with the tubing. I think I like the Upper and Lower 20's better than the full body ones. The abs are good. The 20 minute Core one uses tubing and she works you pretty well. The 10 minute Ab Class uses just body weight but will have you feeling those abs

It has you in a v sit position quite a lot.
Lori, there are 17 total Turbo Fire workouts. 12 in the basic set and 5 in the advanced classes. It will be interesting to see what you come up with from the Terminators

I hate feeling in a slump. Hopefully you can get out of it.
Cheryl, I posted above on the eating and my thoughts. BTW one of the great things when we used to go camping every weekend is that I only stocked healthy stuff in the trailer so that when I got out there I had no choice on what to eat

We have Fit TV but I hardly pay attention to it. I believe most of the workouts are shortened versions of the originals??
When we had cable and not satellite we also had Free Zone and I picked up on some workouts there too. I tried some yoga workouts that I had wondered about.
