I am not going to do STS shoulders biceps and triceps today. My neck and shoulders are still really sore and my head still hurts. I even have a place at the upper neck/base of head that is tender when I touch it
I found last night that I had to try and force myself to sleep on my back because on my side caused more pain. I got up 3 times and put ice packs on it which seemed to help. So, I guess I will do some cardio and stretch and foam roller work. Still am not sure what triggered all of this. It hurt terribly even on the couple of days I did nothing. I thought it might be all of the heavier kettlebell swings that I had been doing.
Linda, I get that way with the workouts. Step and kickbox can get old. I like changing it up with some new and different stuff.
