I thought that I would get this started. I slept in so am getting my coffee and then will go work out. I have to go get a couple of things I missed for dd's birthday dinner this afternoon. I am going to start with Kimberly Spreen's Combat Surge kickbox and med ball segments then go from there. I was thinking that I would do a total body workout today or at least a second lower body workout. I will report back later on the workout.
