Hardcore Check in July 10,2011

No workout today. I feel like I could use a nice long yoga workout or stretch though. Really sore, particularly up the right side from hip to neck. I am not sure about the total body workout I wanted to start with tomorrow, I may pick the areas that are not hurting. Maybe I should just do cardio and abs. Abs don't hurt! Maybe it was my subs for Lauren Brooks TRX. I have done a lot of these moves that I subbed though with Supreme 90 Day and BOSU Xplode. Also with my New Rules for Lifting Abs Book.

Hermia, yes, they have a ceiling device that you can hook your TRX to or the Jungle Gym XT. You would have to mount to a stud in the ceiling or wall. I do think the TRX looks like it mounts from one segment and then there is a split. Easier I guess than the two that the Jungle Gym has to mount. I think that makes the Jungle Gym seem a little better but not sure. I saw Lauren Brooks Quickly change heights for the TRX so I am still on the fence on which one I want. I am checking though. No need for a gym or door You can attach these to a lot of things really. Over tree branches, at the park on a gym set, a swingset without the swings. (I guess you could leave the swings I don't want to workout outside though so the neighbors can watch. So, a ceiling mount would be nice.

That would be a cool thing to have in a workout room! We rent, so prob not something I could do now, but it would be awesome. Did you end up doing the yoga/stretch? If so, hope it helped you loosen up the soreness!
Today was gym style legs for me.
