Yesterday I did not workout. I have had three football games in the last two days and they wipe me out. I get home late and don't get enough sleep so I just skipped it.
Today I did X Train Back, disc number 3. I added wide grip pulldowns at the end. Then I did Triceps. Workout was 42 minutes and I burned 225 Calories.
1 Arm Row- 30# x 10, x 10, x 13 TF
BB Rows Underhand Grip- 60# x 10, x 10, x 13 TF (these were tough today because of my back issue)
Rear Flies- 12# x 15, x 12 x 13 TF
Wide Grip Pull Downs- 60# x 12, x 10, x 12 TF
Lying Triceps Ext. DB- 15# x 15, x 11, x 10 TF
Cross Body Ext DB- 12# x 12, x 11, x 12 TF
2 Arm Kickbacks- 10# x 10, x 10, x 10 TF
1 Arm Kickbacks- 10# x 10, x 10, x 10 TF
Diane Sue, great workout! I did the same thing that you did about going back and looking at my older workouts. I like to mix it up as well, I tend to get bored with too long of rotations. I am rushed today so I did not get my abs in, but I am working on them a lot lately. Did you by any chance purchase Tony Horton's One on One series. He workouts out in his home gym. They are great workouts, short and to the point. I was going to cook some fall type food this weekend up we are headed for a heat wave again. I will put that off until the weather gets cooler. I love to make stew, chili and cock pot types of meals in the fall. It makes the house smell so good!
Debbie, great workout again. I cant wait to lift a little heavier, but I have to wait until I get my back and neck fixed on Monday afternoon. I might go back and do STS Meso 3, I'm not sure but I always get great results from that rotation. Also, I am going to get back on my treadmill and elliptical once the weather cools down, its just too hot in my gym room to do it.
Roselyn, get workout and I'm glad to see you are posting your weights. It takes time but it keeps us accountable. Also, I like to see what you are doing for workouts, it gives me ideas for my own.
Have a wonderful day!
