Roselyn there are several rotations using it in the download manual. Some include other workouts too.
 
Today I worked my legs and it felt great to be able to do that. Still being very cautious with weights, but all-in-all, it went well.

Leg Press Station: 135# - 3 sets/10 reps
Calf Press: 135# - 3 sets/20 reps
Dumbbell Squats: 15's - 3 sets/10 reps
Deadlifts: 45# - 3 sets/12 reps

Then I got on my treadmill and walked at a fast pace on an incline for 1 mile.
 
Today I did Ripped with Hiit Extreme Low Impact both workouts combined, 50 minutes, 358 calories.
 
Diane Sue, a question for you that maybe you can offer some adivce, I turned 50 in November, and I have noticed over the past year about 5 pounds i want to get rid of and cannot, it seems in the midsection (which i heard happens)but how is your diet, did you anything different in this menopausal stuff? Maybe I don't fuel enough for my workouts too just trying to figure it out and get a good nutrition thing going on, any advice from you and you Debbie much appreciated.
 
Today I did Cardio Coach #3 and had a puke status workout. I worked hard!!! Knees have no pain in them anymore but they do feel like they swell up when I run. I think as long as I keep it at 30-40 minutes, they are fine. So far...

Workout was 40 minutes, ran 2.3 miles and burned about 334 calories.
 
Yesterday I did Ripped with Hiit Legs and Abs 2 mix. This was 50 minutes and calories burned 341. I liked the contrast training. Today I am going to do Ripped with Hiit Plyo 1. This is the only one I have not done all of. I did it the first time up to the 1 arm burpee. We are still moving and I am sore from head to toe so I will see how it goes. I have someone coming to fix the dishwasher this morning so I need to get at the workout. Silly dishwasher worked the first few days and then decides not to let me use the control panel. I did all of the unlock stuff but it didn't help.
We got faster internet and it was so easy to download all of the new Cathe workouts. I was struggling at my daughter's house to do it,
 
I finished Ripped With Hiit Plyo 1. 28 minutes, 203 calories, hr average 133/ max 167.
 
Today I did Burn Sets Chest, Back and Shoulders and had a great workout! I can't believe the last time I did this workout was on Sept. 18th!! Where does the time go?

Barbell Chest Press
- 55# - 2 sets 10 reps; 3rd set 12 reps
Dumbbell Chest Fly - 20's - 2 sets 10 reps; 3rd set 12 reps
Incline Dumbbell Chest Press - 25's - 3 sets 10 reps
Pushups - 16 reps (8 on toes, 8 on knees)

BACK
One Arm Row
- 25# - 2 sets 10 reps; 3rd set 12 reps
Barbell Row - 45# - 3 sets 10 reps (used barbell instead of dumbbells)
Rear Delt Fly - 12's - 2 sets 10 reps; 3rd set 12 reps
Supermans - Skipped

SHOULDERS
Dumbbell Overhead Press
- 12's - 2 set 10 reps; 1 set 11 reps
Single Arm Lateral Raise - 8# - 3 sets 10 reps
Single Arm Rear Delt Raise - 10# - 2 sets 10 reps; 3rd set 12 reps

This morning I got up and did Ripped with Hiit Low Impact Hiit Double it mix and Abs 1, 61 minutes, 383 calories. I then did Turbo FIre Stretch 10, 13 minutes for some extra stretching. I am headed out to my daughter's house for family Christmas.
 
I hope you all had a great Christmas! I sure did! My DH got me a Fitbit, I can't wait to figure out how it works and use it. Maybe this will be the kick in the butt I need.

TRICEPS
Tricep Pushups
- 3 sets
Lying Tricep Extensions - 12's - 2 sets 10 reps; 3rd set 12 reps
One Arm Kickbacks - 10# - 2 sets 10 reps; 3rd set 12 reps
Dumbbell Overhead Tricep Extension w/Tube - Skipped

This morning I did Ripped with Hiit Chest, shoulders, and triceps, 40 minutes, 229 calories. I finished off with the Neural Reboot from Tai Cheng. I really needed a good deep stretch. Total time was 69 minutes and calories burned 322.

Debbie, I will be interested to hear how the Fit Bit works for you. I have looked at them and wondered.
