This morning I used two dvd players and did IMax 3 alternated with Kelly Coffey Your Best Body legs and core premix segments, I stopped on Kelly's when it went to the floor and did the last two combos and blasts from I Max 3 and the cooldown then did the floor and stretch from Kelly and the stretch from I Max 3. This worked well. I started with warm up and cardio from IMax 3. Workout was 94 min and calories burned was 713. HR was 126-164. I have a terrible headache and have grandchildren invited over for the evening. I sure hope I can get rid of it soon.
