I am getting ready to go do Insanity Upper Body weights and hopefully a little cardio. I have to leave early this morning and am bringing back my grandbaby so need time to get a quick shower before I go. Am getting started about 30 minutes later than wanted. I will check back later:)
 
I am here! For a minute anyway! I feel like I have been living in my car for days! Always running here and there, right now! Tried to post on Wednesday but lost my internet connection right in the middle of it. By the time I got it back I had to leave.

Actually on my way out the door right now to finish my Christmas shopping.

- Yes I am still on track with the workouts. Now that you mention it, I didn't get DOMS in my Biceps.:(:(:( I don't know why because I worked them hard.
 
Today was P90X Legs and Back. Had an excellent workout. I increased my weights on all the exercises I used weights in. However, with back I used my bands. I'm getting burned out with all those pullups plus I don't think it's necessary to do so many twice a week. I got an excellent burn in my back using all three bands that came in my Golds Gym set. So I'm happy with the way that felt.

Balance Lunge (BSS) - 15's/25 reps each side
Calf-Raise Squats - 15's/25 reps
Reverse Grip Chinups - All Bands/15 reps

Super Skaters - 25 each side (this time the leg that was off the floor never touched the floor unless I lost my balance.)
Wall Squats - an eternity at high and low levels, did these on the stability ball. I really felt these today for some odd reason.
Wide Front Pullups - All Bands/17 reps

Step Back Lunges - 15's/15 reps each side
Alternate Side Lunges - 10's/24 reps alternating
Close Grip Overhand Pullups - All Bands/17 reps

Single Leg Wall Squats - 1 minute total, 10 second holds each side alternating, used stability ball. These hurt today.
Deadlift Squats - 20/side (again, didn't touch the floor unless I lost my balance)
Switch Grip Pullups - All Bands/total of 20 - did 2 pulls overhand, two pulls underhand and kept switching.

1 minute break

Three-Way Lunge w/kick - 5 each side going side, 45 degree, front, with leg lift or kick.
Sneaky Lunges - 20 each side
Reverse Grip Chinups - All Bands/15 reps

Chair Salutations - 2 - 30 second chair poses (burned like a mother)
Toe-Roll Iso Lunges - 8's/20 each side (last week I didn't use a weight)
Wide Front Pullups - All Bands/12 reps

Groucho Walk - 4 up, 4 back for 45 seconds
Calf Raises - 20's/did 15 reps slow, 10 reps fast with feet turned out, front and in.
Close Grip Overhand Pullups - All Bands/12 reps

80-20 Sieber Speed Squats - 30 a side (I liked these)
Switch Grip Pullups - All bands/10 sets of 3 pulls. At this point my back was toast.

Back is ok today, still a bit of a pinch on the right side but it's not bad and didn't bother me with my workout.

I may have to go get blood taken for some tests tomorrow morning so I may end up doing Kenpo X Sunday instead. I can't eat before they take my blood. I'll see if I can get in tomorrow.

Linda - Good to see you. Did you like the Back and Biceps workout? I thought it was ok. I'm still sore from it. My forearms are more sore then my biceps and I think it was those set of pullups with the towel. Did you do those? They rock!

I got my workout in and showered before I went to get the girls for school and pick up the grandbaby. Went to Target and the gas station so no more running today:D I wanted to have a full tank when I go to the airport tomorrow to pick up dh.
I started my workout with 10 minute solution Bootcamp Hot Body Cardio and calorie blasting drills 20 minutes and burned 179 calories Max HR was 159. I then did Insanity Upper Body weights 48 minutes and burned 408 calories Max HR was 165 avg was 137. I finished off with !0 minutes Solution Bootcamp stretch 10 minutes. 48 calories. Total time was 1 hr 18 minutes and total calories burned was 635 . Next week will be week 4 of the rotation I am doing. If I get Cathe's by the end of the week I may add some of those in too:D Funny, my left calf is sore. It must be from all of those Insane plyo moves.

Debbie, once I ran 10 miles on the treadmill and then went to the doctors to have blood drawn. Had to wait awhile too. Boy was I weak by the time I got home.

Linda, I hope you get all of your Christmas shopping done. I sometimes feel like I spend most of my day in my car. Thanks on the avatar.

pulse bicep curls with an iso hold- 4 then 4 3x 15's, round 2 5 then 5 repeat 2 x 20's, round 3 4 then 4 2X 20's
in out abs/triceps push ups round 1 12 reps, round 2 10 reps, round 3 8 reps
floor sprints- round 1 30 sec, round 2 20 sec, round 3 15 sec

Squat bicep curls(concentration curls) round 1 concentration curls 12 reps 20#, round 2 10 reps 25#, round 3 8 reps 25#
180 degree lateral raise round 1 12 reps 12's, round 2 10 reps 12's, round 3 8 reps 15's
feet elevated triceps dips- all 3 rounds 10 both feet on step, 10 left lifted, 10 right lifted
power jumps- round 1 12 reps, round 2 10 reps, round 3 8 reps

Rotation flys on bench with head elevated abs contracted- round 1 12reps 12's, round 2 10 reps 12'a, round 4 8 reps 15's
push ups with front raise round 1 12 reps 8's, round 2 10 reps 8's, round 3 8 reps 10's
high knees with a twist- BW all rounds 30 sec, 20 sec, 15 sec

Chest press/leg raise on bench head elevated core contracted-round 1 12 reps 12's,round 2 10 reps 15's, round 3 8 reps 15's
bent over rows/ rear flys- 6 and 6 alternating for 12 reps round 1 20's, round 2 20's, round 3 25's
ski abs BW round 1 20 reps, round 2 16 reps, round 3 20 reps
