I'm in Love!!!! This was soooo much fun. And I'm so glad to have another Heavy Bag bonus.

Was anyone else expecting Cathe to turn the scissors at the end into plyo lunges? I'm still shocked that she didn't--not complaining, though.

I have done this one twice now and love it, the time goes by very quickly and I can actually do the moves.
