HARD FITNESS MANIACS FOR MON MAR 28

TOday I did slow and heavy tris, bis and shoulders and then Jillian Michaels 3,2,1 dvd.

Eats

M1-oatmeal protein pancakes
M2-protein shake
M3-peanut butter on toast
M4-yogurt and apple
M5-turkey meatloaf, salad
 
Today was total body and I had an excellent workout. I felt strong and had tons of energy. Same workout as last Monday only in superset fasion.

3 sets/5 reps with 1 minute rest between each superset.

Flat Bench Press - 100# (up 5#)

Barbell Rows - 90# (up 5#)

Squats - 120# (up 10#)
ss w/
Stiff Leg Deadlifts - 95# (up 5#)

Barbell Curls - 65# (up 5#)

Close Grip Bench Press - 90# (up 5#)

Like I said, I felt really strong today! :D
 
This morning I woke up late. Sleep was intermittant. Then the alarm volume was off:0 I did do 10 minute solution with Amy Get Fit Intervals which was actually 13 because I stopped when grandbaby arrived and started over. 100 calories burned. Then I did Supreme 90 Day Cardio Challenge skipping the warm up 37min 292 calories. I followed with Amys 10 minutes solutrion 5 day get fir kickbox, belly fat burner and power yoga 31 minutes 179 calories. Total time was 81 minutes and calories burned 571.
