Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for week of Sept 3

Yesterday I did Body Beast Bulk week 2 legs and followed it with Bulk Chest. Workout was 71 min and calories was 476. Today I did Beast cardio, 30 min, 242 calories. I followed this with Beast arms 34 min, 222 calories, and then did Beast abs 11 min, 67 calories. Total time was 75 min and calories 531. I am doubling up workouts because I will be leaving town later this week.
 
Today was cardio and I chose Cardio Coach #4. Haven't done this one in a while, it was tough but I had a great workout.

Today I did Body Beast Bulk back week 2 and followed it with Bulk Shoulders week 3. I finished with Crossfire bonus core and stretch. Workout was 80 minutes and around 470 calories. I managed to get all of this weeks Body Beast workouts in so I won't be too behind when I get back next week:)
 
Today was yoga and I really wasn't into it all that much. I chose Karen Voight's YogaSculpt. I did the 45 minute yoga workout but ended up playing with my cats more than doing the work. LOL! Oh well, it's been a long week. I almost went back to bed so I guess doing a little is better than nothing.

I'm missing my weight training...
 
Today was To The Max Extreme, was going to do chest and back, but that will be tomorrow.

My baby girl turned 21 yesterday, YIKES!! That went by way too fast.
 
This morning I did Crossfire and added on the bonus abs and low impact tabata before the stretch. 69 min, 546 calories. I guess I should have done the Extreme mix. I think there is something else to it though because it is a few minutes longer. I just can't remember what it was. Getting ready to leave. I will probably do a nice long yoga tomorrow when my granddaughters are at school and I am watching the baby.
 
Today I did cardio and chose Cardio Coach #6 by Sean. I haven't done that one in a long time and really enjoyed it. That first challenge is a long one. I did very well with the challenges and got to all the levels like I should have. I was a sweating mess when I got done.

This morning I did Bob Harper Yoga for the Warrior 1 hr workout. This felt really good after all of those Double Beast workouts this week.
