Today I did Beast Lucky 7,23 min, 170 calories. I kind of liked this. It is quick and hits everything. Although you are moving kind of fast so can't go as heavy. I learned that pretty quick. The only thing needed for it is an ez bar or pair of dumbbells. I followed this with 65 minutes of URX-MT rebounding workouts doing Greg Cooks High Intenesity Metabolic Circuit with tubing, 49 min, 381 calories(or more since my HR monitor was not working well, I was huffing away and it said 122 HR. So I took my pulse and watched the reading and it was way low) I then put in Keli Roberts Maximum Metabolic Intervals from the URX set and did 16 minutes to check with a different strap and it was 134 during the w/up I maxed out at 166 which was more realistic and calories burned was 149. I burned 700 calories today (or more)and my workout was 88 minutes.
Lucky 7 was 7 exercise moves done 7 times each starting with 1 rep, then 2 rep, then 3,4,5,6,7,
Workout was:
circuit 1 ez pushup, clean squat 31# 7 sets
circuit 2 dead;lift Bentover row 41# 7 sets
circuit 3 skull crusher+press+crunch 41# 7 sets I hit failure at the end of this and will go lighter next time
circuit 4 curl+military press+ ez squat 36# 7 sets
circuit 5 delt raise + reverse runge all reps on 1 leg then all on the other 26# 7 sets
circuit 6 lat oblique twist with with weights on one end of bar with bar weight I think it was 17.5# I really think this would be better with a dumbbell you hold the lunge to the side and twist for the count of 1-7 on each side
circuit 7 upright row calf raise holding the bar up while doing calves 7 sets
