This morning I did Tracey's new workouts. I started with Total Body Bootcamp Metabolic Conditioning workout #3 with kettlebell, trx and med ball 41 min, 307 calories, Max HR 153(felt like it should have been harder as my legs were on fire). I then did Total Body Bootcamp strength workout #1 which used the kettlebell skipping the warm up 35 min, 264 calories Max HR 150. I then took my grandson to school and came back and did Shiva Rea's Power Yoga Flow chakra namaskar and forward bends and hip openers 40 min 117 cal. I wanted to get in some good flexibility stuff because the next two days will be hard to get it all in. TOtal time was 1hr 56 min and calories burned was 688.

Tracey's workouts went like this:
Workout 3 metabolic conditioning-
4 rounds- 40sec work/20 sec rest over under. Kettlebell frog jump 14 kg kb, med ball slam 15#, TRX jump squat, TRX mountain climber
followed with finisher 10/15 which is 10 sec body weight squat 15 sec squat thrust 8 rnds, then 8 rnds 15/10 squat jumps to low hold 8 rounds(this was a burner)
Total body strength:
wokout 1
30 sec work/15 sec rest 4 rounds
Kettlebell swings 14kg(31#), high pull 14 kg, squat thrust with overhead press 12# dumbbells, dumbbell front back lunge 12# db's, push up with toe touch, bridge shoulder press 12#
Finisher 8 rounds jump squat/ plank hops or jacks (forgot to get rest work times)
Tabata 20/10 squat jump and holds 8 rounds

Roselyn, nice workout. That was a lot of lower body. You should be feeling something from that:)

Teddy, good job on the run in the park and getting MIS in.
