Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for Wed May 18

Did cardio today, Interval Burn, punching section of rapid fire and rapid fire core work

Diane Sue, thanks for the info if she decides to take them is there a period of time to be on them? She weighs about 325 and I suppose she wants to maybe jumpstart weight loss, but I did not know how long you stay on them and cycle off?

Workout was shorter today. It is hard on the weeks I take to school and have little grandbaby to get as much in. I did Supreme 90 Total Body, no stretch,28 min,200 cal. and Kelly Coffey Train Like a Contender boxing 29 min,224 cal max HR 151. Total time 57 min calories 424

Roselyn, I am not sure on the guidelines for the fat burners. I took them for 6 weeks prior to vacation. I don't think it would be good to do it long. Also she should make sure she has no blood pressure issues.

Hey Guys :D

Workout this morning Candaces 45 minutes:(

Debbie: I read your post regarding X week so gooood for you:)

Diane: How cute your 11 yr old grandson wants to start working out :)

Meals today:
1-coffee and whey protein shake
2- Schwan's Tortilla encrusted tilapia and green salad with broccoli and Marketside Chipotle dressing
3-Schwan's golden fruit blend with Myofusion whey, South Beach nutrition nut packet and plain kefir
4-Schwan's chicken fajita breast strips, Schwan's roasted red pepper queso dip over spinach leaves

Roselyn, I like TLC. It is really how much you put into it. The first time I did the workouts my calorie burn was not that good. I am finding wearing my weighted gloves for both workouts and also using the heavy bag is making a difference. It is not a really tough workout unless you put a lot of movement into it. The non boxing workout on it is more of a bodyweight/endurance workout that really gets a burn.

Just finished STS disc 22 a bit ago. I quite like that one...it was a bit shorter but lots of burning and I couldn't finish all the reps several times. I guess that means I didn't pick quite the right weight, but I guess a touch heavy is better than a bit too light.
