This morning'w workout was Pure Strength Legs no abs, 55 min 324 calories. I upped the weight on it this time. Last week I felt sort of weak, I guess it was from so much endurance type of weight work for so long. Then I did Intensity Premix Hiit Low and Bootcamp skipping the w/up, 30 min, 206 calories, Max Hr 154. I finished off with Shiva Rea's Power Yoga Flow Fire and Water segment 22 min 85 calories. This one really stretches the hamstrings and quadraceps well. Total time was 1 hr 47 min and calories burned was 615. This is my second time posting. I had all of my weights typed in. I thought I submitted it:mad: Has anyone tried Gaspari Nutrition Super Pump 250? Not sure it was what I wanted but I thought maybe it will help me push a little harder because lately I really do not want to. I will get over this rut though. I used one scoop this morning. No coffee since it suggested no other stimulants. Not sure I felt anything different. I did raise all of my weights but it was to the original weights I was doing with PS. Last week I felt weak and was thinking that I have really done a lot of endurance stuff. Although, I think PS is really more endurance on the leg workout.

Hermia, my 3 year old granddaughter has her own array of equipment. She has her pink band, weights, balls and tries to take over my stuff. The granddaughter that worked out with me yesterday is 12. She was working out with me at 2. Yes, sometimes they grow up and forget how great it is working out. I bet they come back though. My grandson 2nd to the oldest was always really active and worked out with me. Now everyone pushes him to get up and move. I really hope he does, because it would be so much better for him.
 
Hermia - I injured my shoulder on Friday. It is feeling pretty good today. I'm sure I'll be ok by Monday.

Roselyn - Nice workout! Your weights are really moving up lately.

Diane Sue - I've never tried the Gaspari stuff. You sound like I did a few weeks back. Maybe a week off is in need? Usually feeling weak and unmotivated points to either overtraining or rest time needed. I'd say it was both, quite honestly. :)
 
Diane Sue, I have some of that gaspari but have not used yet, I do feel the pump with BSN N.O. xplode, i like the lemonade flavor. Don't always use it but I am not a coffee drinker so sometimes this helps with the workouts.

Roselyn, N.O. Explode is what I was looking for but they did not have it. So I purchased the Gaspari stuff. Last time I got more serious for vacation I used the Endo Rush, and extra protein powder. If I do that I skip the Coffee or caffeinated beverages. I like that some of these have B vitamins. Sometimes if I want to get going I just take a B100 capsule and have some strong coffee. It eliminates the other stuff but works.

Meals today are so unplanned at the moment. I had egg beaters with Ezekial tortilla tomatoes and onions and some lowfat cheese. Was planning a healthy shrimp dish for lunch with granddaughter who did not come and neither did the Schwan's guy. So ate a few grapes. I need to figure dinner. I did call Schwan's though because I had my order ready. I missed them last time and have no clue what the new guys name is. I have had one guy for a long time and he went on 4 weeks ago to another job.
