Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for Wed July 6

Today was Day 4 of Cto5K. Ran the same speed as Monday, 4.5, but did one more interval more. Just felt like it. Had a great workout. Monday the highest my HR got was 150 bpm, today was 146 bpm. I guess that's good, right?

I also did the ab work from Rapid Fire.

This morning I did STS Total Body 70 min, 401 calories, I then put in Kelly Coffey's Split sessions and did the firewalker type stuff at the beginning of lower body and then the floorwork using the firewalker band 17 min, 88 calories. I finished off with Kelly's TLC cardio express 14 min, 115 calories. This hits the lower body nicely for the end of my workout. Total time was 1 hr 41 min and calories burned 604.

Debbie, I think that the HR means you are improving. Nice work.

Roselyn, that was a long weight workout. Probably over 2 hrs? Nice work.
