This morn, I did MIS upperbody. I kept my weigh light, still.....great workout. Tonight, I'll be doing abs:)

This morning I did Lower Body Blast 53 min, 362 calories stopping after the pidgeon on the stretch, then I did TRX Force Workout # 1 week 7/8 which has more reps and less rest than the last time I did this. Total time was 33 min and calories were 181. I finished with TRX Flexibility segments glutes and hamstrings, kneeling quad stretch, and childs pose, 9 min 27 calories. Total time was 97 min and calories burned 570.

Debbie, I am sorry to hear that you have to stop working out for a bit. I hope this does the trick for you.
 
Diane: thank you! I’m happy to be back. I just checked out your profile and DANG woman you are not only pretty you are cut up, my mouth is still on the floor.
MIS is a very good workout to start…already feeling it. A few days ago my friend hung punching bag for my son, I hope to get in a few good workouts. Stay Beautiful!
