The last two weeks have been terribly busy. Trying to get a storm shelter and my fence fixed. Yesterday's 7 grandchildren and my late night just left me really fatigued. No catch up over the weekend either. Tomorrow school starts so will be up before dawn to get a workout in and take off out the door. I need a plan!! I just can't really plan around everything when I do not have exact times. Lots of interruptions this morning. My workout dragged on forever.
Debbie, maybe something is really just needing some special attention. Sometimes those knots are something other than what we think. I know how you feel though. I avoid the doctor. I went for my plantar faciitis once and did not get much help other than to tell me that I was doing what I should. I asked them to do an x-ray of my foot which showed a bone spur. I went another time and was told I had a cyst and could be referred to a surgeon but a lot of time it makes things worse and if it wasn't hurting I should let it go. So it is still there. Makes shoe shopping miserable but I don't want the pain of some surgury. I just try to take care of my feet. Inserts, less impact, 7/8 inch mats. Well you know. I still have a shoulder issue on the right that rears it's ugly head at times. But it is not chronic anymore. Same with my right elbow. I wore a brace for awhile. Dr said it was tennis elbow. I think adjusting workouts for a long period of time was what finally caused me some relief. I just have to do a head slap once in awhile when I forget and do something that reminds me that that is how I got there.
