Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for Wed April 27

Raining again! We have so many people cleaning up from the tornadoes and now in other areas flooding. We are only about half hour from where the airport is and the damage out that way is horrendous, praying for all these people.

Today I did TF 60 and Hiit 15 followed by TF 20 abs.

Meals
1-fiber cereal with blueberries
2-protein shake
3-orange, yogurt
4-peanut butter protein ball
5-chicken, roasted veggies, small sweet potato
 
Today was total body and I had a really good workout. Same workout as last Wednesday only in superset fasion.

2 sets/8 reps with 1 minute rest between each superset.

Incline Barbell Press - 90# (up 5#)
ss w/
T-Bar Rows - 85# (up 5#)

SS #2
Squats - 95# (up 5#)
ss w/
Dumbbell Military Press - 20's (up 3#)

SS #3
Barbell Curls - 57# (up 2#)
ss w/
Close Grip Bench Press - 85# (up 5#)

ABS:
STS Total Body Phase 4 Ab Work

Just felt like doing some abs today since I had time. I like that workout but my hip flexors don't.
 
I am tired!! Going to take awhile to get back in my early routine. DH usually calls around 10. Then up at 4. I pushed snooze this am. I did Supreme 90day, day 62 cardio challenge, no str, 35 min,224 cal, then I did Day 64 shoulders & arms 39 min, no w/u 227 cal. That is it. 74 min, 451 cal

Eats yesterday
1- 1/2 scoop Myofusion Delicioys Vanilla Whey with Coffee and almond milk
2-Planters Southbeach nut packet
3-Salad with roast beef, light blue cheese dressing and barbecue sauce
4-3 boiled eggs
5-slice of roast beef (definitely a high cholestral day but I was so busy there was no time for cooking so had left over roast and eggs from Sunday)

Today
1- 1/2 scoop myofusion chocolate whey, water coffee
2-Planters Southbeach nut packet
3- stacked vegetable lasagne from Eat Clean Cookbook
4- white chicken chili (better today :))
