Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for wed. april 20

Wow, energy for me this week is nul and void. I don't know what is wrong with me but I have no energy or motivation to workout. I did, but didn't give it my all. Maybe I shouldn't have done this rotation two times in a row. Not sure.

Anyways...

Today was total body. Had an ok workout.

2 sets/8 reps with 1 minute rest between each set.

Incline Barbell Press - 85#
T-Bar Row - 80#
Squats - 90#
Dumbbell Military Press - 17's
Barbell Curls - 55#
Close Grip Bench Press - 80#
Added:
Barbell Shoulder Shrugs - 105# 2 sets/15 reps

Had extra time so I did shoulder shrugs. Should have done abs but I'll do that tomorrow.

Lots of interruptions this morning. I forgot to turn my alarm on last night so woke up about the same time as my grandbaby came in. I had to hurry and get started on the workout so I could get cleaned up and dressed before the Schwan's guy came. I started with Urban Rebounding Extreme Gregg Cook High Intensity Metabolic Circuit witn resistance bands 49 min, 338 calories, 150 Max HR. I really liked this workout. More strength cardio than just cardio than the others I have done so far. Interesting the tubing is double, 2 pieces of tubing attached to a handle and clipped onto the rebounder from the other end. Not as long as the usual tubing. It made for a good workout. He also used the sand weights which I use dumbbells for. I think my calorie burn would have been better but I stopped and talked to dh when he called from Afghanistan and had to tend to the grandbaby several times when she was getting into things.
Then I did Supreme 90 Day Total Body skipping the warm up. 29 min, 216 calories. Total time spent was 78 min and calories burned was 554. No time for yoga or extra stretching today.

Debbie, I have that happen sometimes. Lately though, I have felt pretty energetic despite feeling tired. But, it seems it wasn't that long ago that I found myself standing staring at the workouts trying to feel motivated to do something.

Roselyn, what lower body workoout did you do?

Roselyn, did you get my post last night with the link to the Urban Rebounding workouts??

Hermia, whenever we have to pay I get it out of the way asap. I can't stand worrying about it. This year we had to pay quite a bit. Generally I try to be ready by the first of the year to take things to our cpa. DH usually helps but this year it was all on me so was really a challenge.
