Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for Tues Sept 20

Today I did Step Blast and then combos 1 and 2 from step, jump and pump, just cardio.

Man, yesterday I did that Jillian Michaels killer buns, thighs and I have little aches all through my legs and butt, she really works them in a different way!! A good way
 
Staggered workout today. I did Tracey's Bootcamp workout 3 strength. This is the toughest of the strength workouts. I changed up a bit by switching to dumbbells for the squat jumps and not using the trx for the one leg burpees. I hurt my ankle last time. So my calorie burn was a little lower, 43 min, 276 calories. I then did Chest and back of Muscle Max and had to stop to take my grandson to school. I came back and finished with a stop on triceps to show the guys where the shelter was supposed to be. This on combined time was 39 min and 197 calories. Total time was 82 min and calories burned 473.
My storm shelter is almost finished. I have to replace some sprinkler lines. Fortunately I knew where to turn the water off. Will have to landscape it but I am so happy to have one finally. We have had too many close calls lately. I had to call my fence guy as well. Need to put the fence up. It was interesting though to watch and my granddaughter got a kick out of it. Hoping for a better workout tomorrow.
